Doctor Who is a brittish sci-fi tv show. You can watch new episodes Saturday at 9:00 pm and reruns/repeats Sunday. You can also stream Doctor Who on Netflix and Hulu. Doctor Who was first aired November 23, 1963. Now, Doctor Who is pretty old. I mean.. Its been on since 1963 and still is running! To clarify, thats over 50 years! Just a few months ago, Doctor Who had its 50th year annversy secail!
If you've never heard of or have seen Doctor Who your probily wondering... Well, what is Doctor Who about? Doctor Who is about a TimeLord named The Doctor from the planet Gallifrey who travels through time and space in his Tardis fighting off nurmous foes and making nurmous friends. The Doctor norimally travels with a compain or two. He has been known to do some solo travels. During his travels, he always gets himself into some sort of problem, trouble, fight and/or problem worth solving.
Remember how I mentioned something about The Doctor using something called a "Tardis" to travel through time and space? All whovains know what a Tardis is. Even if your just starting to get into it! A Tardis is one of the first things you learn about Doctor Who when you start getting a liking for it and watch it more! Maybe because its mentioned alot... Anyway, Tardis stands for Time And Realitive Dimmesion In Space... The Tardis can go back in time, forward in time, through time and through space. The Doctor's Tardis is what most whovains are familar with seeing.. What I mean is, when a whovain hears the word "Tardis" when not watching a Doctor Who episode, we norimally think of The Doctor's Tardis and not much of The Rani's or The Master's Tardis... Why I said "we" is because I'm also considered a whovain, aren't I?! Anywho... What The Doctor's Tardis looks like is a blue british 1963 police call box. Now, The Tardis has somes cool, neat things up her sleeve... Yes! The Doctor's Tardis is a she! And The Doctor will get very mad if you call her an "it" or a "he"... Conituing.... The Tardis is actually bigger on the inside! There are over like 1,000 rooms in the Tardis! Two, the Tardis runs on a burning star (I'll explain later). Three, the Tardis is living.... Shall I conitue on with my story?
