Chapter 8

-Aya Yukiro POV-

The other teachers arrived just in time.
Emiko's brother and the warp guy managed to escape.
When the fighting was over, I ran towards the entrance.

"Aya" said Principal Nezu.
"Where is he?" I asked and Hizashi grabbed my shoulders.
"Calm down, Aya" he said.

"Do not tell me to calm down!" I yelled. "Where is my husband?"
I saw an ambulance and ran towards it.
"Ma'am, you have to stay back" said an officer.

"Get out of my way" I threatened. "I'm Shota Aizawa's wife. I have the right to stay with him"
"You better listen to her, man" said Hizashi. "Aya's no pleasure when she's pissed off"
The officer got out of my way and I got into the ambulance.

I saw Shota and held his hand.
"Sho?" I said. "Sho, can you hear me?"
"He's constantly slipping in and out of consciousness, Ma'am" said the paramedic.

"Aya..." I looked at Shota.
"Hey, everything's okay" I whispered.
"The students..." he whispered.

"They're all okay" I said. "No serious injuries, thanks to you"
"Hakamada..." he said.
"She's save" I said. "I got her out"

"You..." he said and lifted up his arm.
"Don't try to move, Sho" I said and held his hand. "I'm fine, not even a scratch. You were amazing, Shota. My hero"
He smiled and closed his eyes.

-Emiko Hakamada POV-

My body felt heavy...
Opening my eyes took so much effort.
"Emi?" I heard a familiar voice.

'Dad?'
I opened my eyes and saw my father look at me.
"Dad" I whispered and he smiled.

"Nurse! She's awake!" he yelled.
"Emi" I looked to my other side and saw Hitoshi.
"Hito" I said and he smiled.

"I'm so glad you're okay" he whispered and I squeezed his hand.
"The others?" I whispered.
"Midoriya is the only other student who got hurt. Broke his legs and arm" said Recovery Girl.

"Mr. Aizawa?" I asked.
"He's still in the hospital" she said and helped me sit up. "He'll be okay"
"What happened to me?" I asked and my dad touched my hair.

"A villain, injected you with a high dosage of sedation medication" he said.
"A villain?" I said. "Tenko... My brother! He was there! He's alive, dad!"
He looked serious and nodded.

"The police will want to talk to you" he said. "When you're ready"
"Dad, they don't think I had anything to do with this, do they?" I asked and he shook his head.
"Of course not, little mouse" he said. "I told them what happened, they don't accuse you of anything"

I felt relieved, but I also felt scared.
'My brother... Tenko... he's out there...'
"Dad" I said. "Will... will he come after me again?"

"Hey" said Hitoshi. "No one will let that happen"
"He's right" said dad. "No one will even get close to you"
"Hakamada! Emiko!" my friends stormed in.

"Hey guys" I chuckled.
"We'll leave you for a minute" said Hitoshi. "Hey, Emi. I'm really glad you're okay"
"Always" I smiled and he and my father left.

Iida, Ochaco even Midoriya came in.
"Hey guys" I smiled.
"Are you okay now?" asked Ochaco.

"Still a bit drowsy" I said and looked at Midoriya. "Thanks, Deku. For getting me out of there"
"Oh, I didn't do anything" he said and scratched the back of his neck. "Miss Yukiro got you, I just carried you"
"Still, thank you" I said.

"Also, hear this" said Ochaco and sat on my bed. "Mr. Aizawa and Miss Yukiro are married!"
"What?!" I said. "When did that happen?"
"Apparently they have been married for quite some time" said Iida.

"Iida" I smiled. "Good job in getting the teachers. If it weren't for you, I wouldn't be here now. Thank you"
"You're welcome" he said.
"I'm just glad you're all okay" I smiled.

We got one day off.
In that day, my dad stayed with me, while I told the police what happened, what my brother said to me and why he drugged me.
They didn't ask anything about my connection to my brother.

My father must've told them that I didn't know my brother survived...
But still...
I couldn't sleep well, every time I closed my eyes, I saw my older brother...
He was so different, and yet... still the same...

'What should I do? Tenko...'
