Are the latest actions of the DNC, Democratic National Party, "constitutionally unfair?"

Do they fly in the winds of the pursuance of the true force and intent, of the U.S. Constitution?

Are these questions that should be ruled on by the Supreme Court?

Should the state of Iowa fix a DNC "error in judgment?" by moving IOWA caucus to October or even earlier than October ???

What does this MOVE say about the DNC Democratic Party ability to understand the spirit of the U.S. Constitution ??? ...

Author's NOTE: Where-in, the intention of THE U.S. CONSTITUTION was to NOT LOCK OUT THE SMALLER STATES !!! ??? Which is why they moved the electoral college forward first w/ a caucus system, then a primary system!

It was the constitutionally established way of doing things for OUR government... It is the same thing as stare decisis, IMO.

Isn't changing this order of doing things in effect..., a departure from the intent and machinations of the U.S. Constitution AS ESTABLISHED THROUGH an Electoral College?

Are these questions that should be ruled on by the Supreme Court?

Should both IOWA & New Hampshire take this issue to the Supreme Court (or just New Hampshire) since it does involve physical/financial processes and political indulgences?

Should IOWA move their Caucus to October or earlier ... ?
