it's been two weeks sense the whole frieza incident goku and vegeta hasn't left each other's sides sense then vegeta was having yet another nightmare goku wakes up to vegeta tossing and turning he can feel vegeta's fear. goku holds vegeta close trying to calm him down "goku-vegeta I'm here calm down" vegeta slowly wakes up "vegeta-kakarot?" goku puts his hand on vegeta's face "goku-I'm here" vegeta sits up "goku-you had that bad dream again didn't you?" "vegeta-yeah...can't stop seeing me chipped and me hurting you" he looks at goku and sees his wounds and scars from that fight "goku-I'm fine you've done so much worse than this and I promise you'll be okay" "vegeta-i know I know it's just" he sighs "goku-i don't know what's it's like to be chipped and controlled but I know it must have been horrible" "vegeta-you have no idea" goku pulled vegeta into a hug to comfort him vegeta was shocked but hugged him back. goku cuddled with vegeta till he fell back to sleep then he left the room to eat something "goku-there has to be a way to make him feel better" goku was sitting in silence till he got an idea "goku-tomorrow we have to go see whis so he can take a look at us so after that we can go on our first date that has to make him feel better" goku spends the rest of the night planning their date. it was morning and vegeta woke up to goku cooking their favorites' for breakfast "vegeta-what's all of this?"
