It's been a minute.
Well....I can't believe I already had writer's block when I just started writing🙂.
Anyways....
ILHAM'S POV
"So...you guys...guess what?" Riyike said applying nail polish
"You realize we're not guessing right?" Aasiya said
We were currently at Aasiya's house. She couldn't come to school because she wasn't feeling very well.
She actually has Type 1 Diabetes and this happens a few times....Riyike and I come over to her house and we'll just try to make her feel better.
It was quite convenient since we all lived in the same estate.
Crownstone Estate.
The estate is divided into three.
1st Avenue, 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue.
I lived in 3rd Avenue, Jamal, Riyike, Aasiya and a good number of our set mates and school mates live in 1st Avenue.
Riyike rolled her eyes and mock glared at Aasiya.
"Kill joy" Riyike muttered still applying the polish.
"Anyways.... I'm going for the Miss Teen pageantry" she said
"Ahn ahn since when" Aasiya said chewing on her popcorn
"Riri what happened to I hate pageantry I'm not doing again" I said
"Well I changed my mind, i can't just give up after all this years na and who knows i might just end up being Miss Universe" she said
This Girl...
"When is it sef?" Aasiya asked
"In August, just around the time we're graduating" Riyike said closing the nail polish.
"Don't worry we'll be rooting for you" I said picking my phone from the bedside table.
"Oh...let's do TikTok you guys" Aasiya said snatching the phone from me and jumping from the bed.
Is this one recuperating like this?
"Is that why you want to break my phone" I said rolling my eyes and getting up from the bed.
"Yes yes let's do Freaky girl" Riyike asked standing from the beanbag.
"Freaky girl ko" I said
"What now haven't you guys learnt it?" She said
"Ilham just leave her, let her be doing her Freaky girl" Aasiya said eyeing Riri
"Ahh sorry o, it's not my fault you guys can't dance now abi" Riri said
Aasiya and I hissed simultaneously.
"Let's do eyes or Jagele instead" Aasiya said
"Yes...yes let's do eyes"
