This is Sp0ng3B0y. A scrapped design for Spongebob in a younger version of the pilot, before the initial design was finalized. His tape, which was one of the lost tapes of the pilot, remained deep into the Studio's unused concepts, before a child would manifest themselves within it named Chris, who wasn't alone in it. With another being that had resided in the digital world that they would share the form.
