Ability: -Can shoot two people with arrows which makes them hate each other, even going as far as to try and kill one another.
Appearance: -Small child-like being with black wings, black diaper and a bow. The arrows have broken hearts as the tips.
Strengths: -Targets cannot break free from the spell on their own -Targets can only break free if they kill the other person, the user passes out, or someone else snaps them out of it
Weaknesses: -Arrows are easy to dodge if you know they're coming -Doesn't work on children
