Taehyung slowly retract his hand from jin's neck letting the said male slid down the wall with pit of cough, the Lord turn to meet jungkook's confused but worried face that were fixed on jin but taehyung was glad the human didn't make any movement to confirm jin.

"Yes?" He asks , successful diverting jungkook's attention back to him.

"Uhm- I want to say your room is locked" taehyung mentally slap himself for forgetting about that , he almost had jungkook found out about him just because of a silly mistake of those blood suckers.

He sighs sliding his hand into his pocket to fish out the single key and pass it to jungkook who was still suspiciously staring between him and jin.

"Is he okay?" And of course, taehyung know jungkook's instincts as an officer won't allow him to leave without trying to understand what's with the high tension in the room.

"Yeah, personal issues" jungkook tries to say something but taehyung expression stop him from doing so , so he sighs and walk out back.

"Now , would you mind explain to me how you type found out about my mate and even tried to murder him?" Jin's eyes fly open at that , vampires tried to murder jungkook? What! Why!.

" You were the only one who knew about him , not even anyone from here-- even jimin only know him as an officer but so surprise the vampires also knew about him" jin gulp , of course without even trying to explain himself. The evidence are already pointing at him , he's the only one taehyung spoke with him about his mate and he's a vampire and suddenly the vampire are after the human.

"I-- don't kno anything about this taehyung, I respect you much than trying to attack your mate-- I don't know---, but I promise to find what's behind this. Just give me a single chance please tae" taehyung breath out his frustration through his nose , eyeing jin carefully--- jin won't volunteering go on suicide mission by trying to attack his mate right? .

He really hope so.

"Twenty-four hours jin, if you can't find who the Snitch is-- I am killing you with my hands"

It's not a warning. It's a clear threat and jin knows the Lord don't blab around.

When taehyung enter his room , he find jungkook on call with someone which he assumed might be his mother but the human round up his conversation with his mother the very moment he notices taehyung presence in the room.

"Uhm, do you want to take a shower?---

"No thanks" the reply come almost instantly making taehyung close his eyes tightly, feeling dejected on how to act with jungkook.

He'd just follow his wolf ramblings and be nice to the human officer or follow his ego and continue his asshole acts with the male.

That act almost get your mate killed. Imagine you're not present when those vampires attack the station?

A pain shot through the alpha chest just at his wolf words , he cough out loudly spatting blood out of his mouth which get jungkook worry instantly.

"Hey! Are you okay?" Jungkook mentally facepalm at his own stupid question, of course someone who's coughing out blood is obviously not okay.

Taehyung body goes stiffed when jungkook place his hand on his shoulder, the tenderness of the human touch on his skin make his mind running crazy.

He swiftly pull himself back from jungkook's touch making sure the human did not notice that move.

"Yeah , just personal issues---

"You're obviously sick , have you get yourself checked? You'd be dealing with some chronic disease and how can you be so nonchalant about it?" Taehyung chuckle cleaning the blood in his mouth with his shirt sleeve.

"I'm flattered you seem worried about me so much officer jeon" jungkook sighs before sitting back then roll his eyes at the taunting smile on the alpha face.

"Just need to keep you alive to see you behind bars" taehyung laugh dryly at the comment.

"You're a funny guy officer" the human scoff and decided to just stop arguing with this sick but cocky product of a sperm. Well if asshole are made of sperm too.

They keep sitting in silence for over five minutes before taehyung decided to speak up.

"If you're worry about your mother , I've some guards sent to her house already" jungkook raise his head up , brow farrowing in confusion.

"And how did you find my address?.... Don't answer that , how can I forget how sketchy you are? Can you tell me why they're planning to kill me?" Taehyung stares at jungkook blankly getting lost in his own head.

Should he just come open and clean to this human and let him know those monsters are after him probably because he's the werewolves Lord mate and have the boy look at him like some psychiatric patient who has missed his appointment?.

And if he believes you base on what his eyes has seen. You can have the rejection come earlier then...wow perfect.

Taehyung roll his eyes at his wolf sarcastic tone before sighing out loudly.

"I haven't find out just reason yet, you don't have any dispute with any suspicious person before all these chaos right?" Jungkook tilted his neck at taehyung, eyeing staring boringly into the alpha's dark ones and it took taehyung minutes to finally understand those looks.

Oh , he's the suspicious person.

"It's obvious I don't have hands in this.....

"Why should I trust a jobless man who lives in a mansion?" Jungkook asks back causing taehyung to pinch his nose.

"And we are back at digging out the source of my wealth?" Taehyung can't believe they're having this conversation when there's much danger looming around them.

"We never get off that , we just taking a break" the alpha nods his head.

"Cool. Do make sure to stay alive till very end of this, I really want to see how you uncovered this rich man sources of wealth" the human officer roll his eyes at that, none of them mkse a comment until taehyung's phone starts ringing.

He frown when he sees jin's name but pick the call nevertheless.

"They've got a seer with them"

It's obvious jin was revering to the vampires and taehyung feel scared looking at his mate who was also staring at him confusedly.
