Chapter 2

After walking for a while i finally arrived safely at my house. My house wasn't big nor small, it was the perfect size for 4 people.

I wasn't planning to go back home.. man going to the library would've been better. Well no point in complaining, im already at the front door after all.

Taking a deep breath, i then knocked on the door 3 times. And waited for an answer.

...

No response.

Then I'll just have to knock a little harder. Probably.

...

Still not response.

What the hell are they doing in there? The lights are still on so there's no way they're all not home..

I gave the house key to one of the Nikkes so i don't have it on me.. ah right i can just call them.

Opening my phone, i went to contact information and didn't even bother to scroll down to find her contact information reminding me of how lonely i am.

"Uh who's calling? Im very busy right now so call me at another ti-" so she was playing video games all this time huh.. i could tell by the sound of gunshots from the other side.. "Open the door you stupid dork." I said a hint of irritation sounding from my voice. "A-ah commander!? Sorry for not opening the door! I had my volume on max so i wasn't able to hear anything!" She explained.

"Just.. open the door." I said. "Y-yes commander." The door opened revealing a girl who looked like a teenager. She has a black hair tied to a double pony tail and her eyes is a beautiful purple color. This is the sniper of our team, Chloe. A Nikke from Elysion.

She looks a bit nervous. Probably wasn't expecting me. "I-im terribly sorry commander!!" She apologized. "Okay." I replied. I was getting pretty damn tired and I'd do anything to get a good sleep.

"Anyways, where's the other two?" I asked. "A-ah them? They're doing their usual stuff of course." She answered her gaze turning to the homeroom. "As expected." I said as i made my way towards the homeroom.

The closer i got the louder the sound was getting, it was the sound of a television buzzing off. They definitely forgot to close the television. Arriving there, i was met with the sight of a young girl and a slightly older girl, sleeping on the couch, both on opposite sides.
The young girl's name is Melissa and the Older one is Sasha.

"Good to know they weren't as troublesome." Back when we all first partnered up and occupied this house, both of these Nikkes kept arguing, ones a troublemaker and ones a perfectionist. Sometimes it's clean, sometimes it's dirty. Though the sight of the both of them sleeping the couch is a first time.

After closing the television, i went to the bathroom to take a shower and after i did, i put on a t shirt and a sweatpant and went to the kitchen to get something to eat. Eating candy all day can damage my teeth so i had no choice.

However, my hope of wanting to eat good food was crushed by the empty cabinet. Chloe probably took all the food, How annoying. Im just gonna eat all my candies with some water. Im definitely gonna blame it on her if my teeth ever go bad.

...

It was a very pleasant but bad meal, but whatever. After brushing my teeth, i went to my bedroom and took a sleep.

Ring..Ring...Ring

7:30.. 30 more minutes i guess.. yeah another 30 minutes should do.

...

"Commander!"

...

"Commander!!!"

"Mhm.. 5 more minutes.."

"No way! You've been sleeping for almost an hour now!" "She answered

Eh?

"Why didn't you wake me up!?" I asked, panicking.

"That's because...."

"Well whatever! We gotta go to the headquarters fast cuz it's probably filled with commanders now!" I said.

I then took the fastest shower I've had, wore my suit, and made a toast with no spread.

8:47 AM

"Ahh.. it's totally full alright." I said. "Good luck commander." My teammates said with a salute.

I then went into the Headquarters to apply for a mission. Suprisingly, the queue only took 25 minutes and I am now applying for a mission

"Hello there, im here to apply for a mission." I stated as i pulled out my id card for them to confirm that im a commander.

"Alright here's your mission for today. Good luck." The register girl said as she handed me a paper with details of my mission.

Mission Details (Very brief... Probably.)

- Go to (random place) and collect as much important resource as possible.

'Seems kinda easy.. eh who cares let's just get this over with.' I then made my way out of the headquarters to meet up with my teammates.

It was very crowded but i managed and got out after about 10 minutes.

I then looked around for them and eventually spotted them sitting on a bench near a water fountain.

"Im back." I said. "That was fast.. unexpected."
Melissa responded. "True.. anyways, what mission did we get this time?" Chloe asked, interested. "Doesn't seem to be all that hard. All we need to do is go to (random place) and collect some resources." I explained.

"It's not that hard so lets just get this over with!" Sasha said looking a bit determined. "Yeah." I replied.

We went to the elevator which will take us to the surface, it took around 10 minutes since it was pretty crowded along the streets. We then entered the elevator and took precisely another 10 minutes to arrive at the surface.

Leaving the elevator with my teammates, we all went forward towards a city that was covered with sand. This is probably somewhere east.

"Alright then, let's split. Melissa and Sasha will search in the building on our right direction. Me and Chloe will go to the left side." I explained. "But isn't that a bit dangerous commander? Personally i think 2 of us should accompany you for extra safety. One of us should be enough for the search."

"You make a good point but i doubt they'd be able to sense me. I've told you didn't i? Don't underestimate me." I told her. "Sorry commander, i was just anxious." She replied, looking a tad bit nervous. "It's fine, it's a good thing that you worry for me. It strengthens our bond and teamwork." I reassured her.

"Without further ado, let's begin." I said.

I am terribly sorry for the late chaps, Like i said im someone forgetful. A chapter like this would have only taken a day.

Again, sorry for the late chapter, as for compensation i will do 2 chapters this week (if I don't forget again of course)
