The god is no other than morax himself. A stoic and the most strongest god among the sevens.

The archon had made a promise to the girl to protect her any harm from this world.

But sometimes promise are meant to be broken, right?

a full field of flowes in khaenri'ah sat a girl with long h/c. Humming one of her favourite tunes. Suddenly a yellow light flickered behind her

"Lord rex lapis! It is a pleasure seeing you here" the girl turn behind her and said in a sweet voice to the geo archon while smiling

The geo archon smile a little towards the girl" It's indeed pleasure seeing you here too, Y/N. But please do call me morax no need to be formal" morax said to the girl. "Alright if you say so ,morax" Y/n said sweetly to the archon

Seeing the girls makes the archon heart warm..morax doesn't know what feeling his having whenever he is around her
"Say how was your day doing, y/n?" Morax asked while walking towards the girl and sat beside her

"My day was great and your here with me makes it even better!" y/n said to the archon. Morax ears is a little red but his face still the same as ever

"That is good to hear" morax said "because being here with you is a blessing to me" he then picked one of the inteyvat flower from the field and put it on the girls hair gently.

Y/n blushed at his actions "Let me make a promise to you" morax said out of the sudden to which y/n replied "A promise? What kind? Are there anything to be exchange, Like a contract? " She asked with a confused face

"Perhaps same as contract but no" said morax with a little smile

Morax turns toward y/n and cups her hand gently and said "A war is coming and...i promise that i will protect you from any harm when the war begins"

"A war.." said the girl quietly but enough for the archon to hear too "yes a war" morax said to the girl confirming it

The girl chuckled lightly and smiled "I believe you will protect me from any harm" Y/n said to the archon knowing what war is coming..the celestia was planning to destroy khaenri'ah..because of that person....Y/n sigh shaking her head and pulled her right hand to cup the side of morax face

" your the strongest archon in this world, and i will believe you no matter what!" Said the girl confidently to the archon. Y/n trusted morax with her whole life.

Morax smiled a little and closed his eyes feeling the warmth of the girls hand.

Oh how much i love you so dearly... thought y/n But you and i know celestia wont be merciful even though your the strongest among the seven.. she smiled bitterly at her thoughts

" say what about we makes some flower crown!" Y/n says excitedly to the archon want to cherish this moment with him. Morax opened his eyes he pulled himself from her embrace and smiled..

"Of course" morax said

Morax ran after her and embraced her gently not wanting to hurt her more than she is now

She chuckled bitterly "what a coincidence huh morax..? Never have i thought things going to end this way.." morax shook his head and holding her more like he was shielding her.

"Y-y/n... im sorry i couldn't protect you... i promised to you that i will but i... failed.." tears coming out from morax eyes

Y/n shake his head "no morax..you did not.. you have protected me very well.." she smiled sadly at morax and wiped his tears away yet morax refused "No! I was at fault not protecting you very well! Please do not leave me behind...not anymore..i cannot lose you as well.." morax said to her as he remembered his friend who is the god of dust died in his arm too..

"Morax...please do not blame yourself...guizhong too doesn't want you to be sad.." she said to morax gently.. "yet..im sorry that i have to leave you.." y/n said while tears are also coming out from her eyes

"Y/n.. stay awake please.."

Y/n views are blurry..she caressed his cheek gently..
"Morax i.."she cough out blood ..she loved morax dearly yet she cannot say it because it will give morax more heart ache

"Morax..i really am happy that your here with me taking my last breath..." she coughed out more blood
"Y/n...." morax calls her name..

"..Being in your hands are blessings...thank you.. for being in my life...please do not blame yourself..." y/n hand slowly fall from morax face.. "i love you morax.."

"I love you too..." but.. the girl before him no longer heard his words..

"Meeting you was a blessing y/n... but im sorry that i could not protect you from harm..yet i wish in another world in another universe.. my love for you is everlasting my dear.."
