THE MORNING SUN BLINDED AMARA as she slowly blinked her eyes in adjustment to the sun. She groaned as the piercing yellow shined directly into her icy eyes. She furrowed her brows together as the pain of the sight pained her for a few more seconds.

She then peeled the blankets away from her body and stepped onto the cool stone of the floor which jolted her right awake. Her sack of things had already been taken from where she had left it, therefore she could only assume that she's being waited on to get ready. Amara slipped on her slippers, and began dressing for the ride to Kings Landing.

She dressed in her riding gear; a black dress with scales on the side and hints of red, for house Targaryen. A servant entered her chambers swiftly and quickly took ahold of her hair, braiding it into a complex piece of hairs and knots. She also applied blushes to her cheeks and taints to her lips.

She then clipped the pin her mother, Princess Rhaenyra, had passed down to her go my chest. She pulled on her riding boots and then glance once again at her chambers. Gods only know when she may see it again, if all goes downhill at the ball on the morrow.

She then began to storm down the hall to the landing area, a giant stone square in which the dragons were landed in after a ride. Amara's mother, Daemon, Jacaerys and Lucerys all stood in a row. Cannibal had already been tacked up into his mount as well as the sack of her things tied to the saddle.

Amara's mother smiled at the sight of her and slightly stumbled over to her, cupping her cheeks with the brightest smile. "Happy trip, dearest." She spoke, laying a gentle kiss on her forehead. "Remember we'll meet at Kings Landing and do not go anywhere else, understood?" She raised her eyebrows at her daughter, awaiting an answer.

Amara huffed. "Of course mother, I'll fly directly to Kings Landing, and I'll do it swiftly." She assured her protective mother.

Rhaenyra smiled softly at her daughter, and looked over to the Big Black beast that was waiting for Amara to fly him. "You've packed everything? Your dresses, books you need to return?" She asked, before laying her hand on her shoulder.

Amara nodded. "I'm all packed."

"Very well," nodded Rhaenyra.

For some reason Rhaenyra seemed to be nervous about the trip to Kings Landing, for Amara to fly alone. Although she had already done so when she was younger. Perhaps it was because she was more mature now, and would dare to do the many things she couldn't dream of when she was younger. She had heard stories of her mother's rebellion at her very own age, and her mother might expect the same behavior from her.

Amara and her mother linked arms lovingly, smiling at one another and with that went over to the three boys standing meters from Cannibal.

"I'll see you there," Amara smiled brightly at the men, them returning the favor. She chuckled before making her way over to her dragon who let out a welcoming sound for his owner, shaking slightly before she climbed upon the large dragon.

Amara strapped herself to her dragon, and looked back at her things which were attached to his back. She looked the her family before waving at them.
