Her eyes found it hard to adjust to the bright lights surrounding her as she entered a large city, Illumenessence bathed her in lights unseen to her eyes before, she was from a much simpler time, before the use of electronics or buildings and such. She had no idea what was around her yet as she gracefully strolled past a large metal emerald green sign with white characters on it she didn’t understand Tsuki knew she needed to find someone whom could or rather would be forced to help her. Large buildings and flashing lights were confusing her, but they weren’t exactly harming her yet so she wasn’t to worried, but then again why would a powerful Demoness have to worry about anything when she could just destroy anything that threatened to harm her. She couldn’t sense any danger to herself either, that was another good sign that allowed her to stay calm. Suddenly the woman stopped walking suddenly snapping her head right to the sound of voices, closing her eyes, long lashes coating her eyes gently she focused and deducted that it was two women and a man laughing at something she didn’t know… Yet. Her instincts made her follow the noise until she reached them where a devilish smile crossed her face, the man and women turned to face her, their speech abruptly bit off as they all seemed to look her up and down as she tilted her head slightly and studied them. The two women were scantily clad in short, thin garments of red and black, leaving hardly anything to the imagination, thin strappy heels, some fingerless gloves and tousled hair, one was a blonde the other brunette, they both looked rather young, she would guess they were just reaching or had just reached the cusp of adulthood. The man on the other hand was in a neatly pressed blue denim suit, short cropped black hair and polished shoes, looking to be in his early 30’s. But they all had one thing in common, the look they were giving the demoness’ now, one of confusion, snarkiness and something told Tsuki that she wasn’t welcome here “Comanai, Isabelt usai?” (What Happened here?) She asked gesturing around her.

The man said something and Tsuki tilted her head further at his use of language, she couldn’t figure out what he was saying “Comanai, Isabelt usai?” She repeated and sighed gesturing around her once again, this time the one of the women, the blonde spoke up, but of course Tsuki couldn’t understand either. Enough of this she decided and in a burst of speed she grabbed the brunette’s wrist and yanked her towards herself, the women shouted in surprise, maybe a little pain at the force she had grabbed her wrist and tried to tug her hand away as Tsuki grasped her own free hand around the woman’s throat, her sharp, pointed nails pressing along the delicate flesh of the woman’s neck; which in turn elicited a startled cry from the blonde who stepped forward to hit the demoness, either because she was threatening her friend or for hope that Tsuki would flee realizing the blonde was willing to fight her if she posed a threat, which at the moment seemed what she was doing, which she was of course; but to no hope, Tsuki simply swept the girls legs out from under her, causing the blonde to meet the concrete ground face to face as she effortlessly raised the brunette in the air by her throat whom flailed about, her hand upon Tsuki’s trying to pry her away weakly, at least it seemed weak to the Snow haired woman with a vice like grip. Humans were still so fragile even these days; and Tsuki knew that the brunette was struggling to breathe.

At this time Tsuki looked down to the girl whom had met the ground personally and realized she was unconscious, her forehead bloody and her blonde hair splayed about her, eyes closed tightly, in a strange position, her right arm draped loosely across her body in a half feeble position. The man she realized had fled, either from being a coward or perhaps he realized that the light red aura emitting from Tsuki wasn’t normal. “Renua isa lituas” (It will all be over soon) Tsuki Cooed softly at the girl in the air as the glow spread to her and forced her eyes shut, the girl stopped moving suddenly and went still.

Now this would all be a weird scene for someone who didn’t know what was going on but Tsuki knew exactly what she was doing, taking this girls memories for her own so she could catch up on all she had missed, an unlady like grin came upon her face as the aura disappeared suddenly from them both in a flash of light and Tsuki dropped the girl to lay in a heap on the ground, right beside the blonde.

“A thousand years…” Tsuki pondered out loud in the language she now knew was English.
