With the warmth of his embrace, she wakes up with a smile on her face. When he feels her awaken, softly moves his fingers on her cheek, sidelining her hair fallen on the face.

She turns herself towards him. Both keeps looking at each other as if there is no tomorrow. He tightens the hug by pulling her more towards him.

"I Love You..."

"What do you think, I love you or not?"

He smirks at her mischievous reply as if he was already expecting this from her.

"Nope(pauses and then smiles). Mujhe pata hai tumhe baar baar I Love You kehna accha nahi lagta because you believe in expressing through actions than words."

"Aise nahi hai ki bilkul accha nahi lagta. Kabhi kabhi bol dena bhi accha hota hai."

"Hmmmm.. Sometime feels like main ek bohot hi mysterious ladki se pyaar kar baitha hoon. Jo hai khuli kitaab si jise padh toh har koi sakta hai lekin samjhna har kisi ke bas ki baat nahi!"

She looks at him by curling her lips, making a puppy face.

"Aaye Haaye... Upar se yeh jo kr leti ho naa.. Koi kaise pyaar naa kare tumse..."

She feels shy and turns her sight down. He lifts her face by holding her chin and slowly moves his face towards her. She closes her eyes. She feels his breath near her face. He was about to kiss her.

A sound of something hitting ground...

Akshara opens her eyes and looks around by rubbing her eyes. She is lying down near the bed. By recovering herself, she gets up and sits on the bed.

Aarvi, Akshara's roommate, comes from bathroom by getting herself ready to go for office.

"Kya hua? Waittt!! Don't tell me, tune phirse koi romantic sapna dekha."

Akshara hopelessly lays down on the bed by covering her face with pillow.

Aarvi continues, "Yaar tu yeh kar bhi kaise leti hai?! Matlab roj roj sapne me romance karke bore nahi hoti ho kya?  Jab samne koi ladka aaye tab toh usase baat karne me bhi teri jaan nikal jati hai.."

"Ho gaya? Ab pakao mat subah subah.."

Aarvi goes and settles down beside Akshara. She smiles looking at her.

"Tu na ab bhi bacchi hi hai. Lekin ek baat kahu Akshu?"

Akshara keeps her head on Aarvi's lap.

"Nahiiiii. Mujhe pata hai aap kya kehne wali ho.(Aarvi smirks and moves palm through her hairs) Koi accha ladka dhund ke inn dreams ko reality me kyu nahi badal deti? Lekin di, aapne toh mujhe uss super-market ka address toh bataya hi nahi jaha prr acche ladko ka sale laga hai?!" (She proudly laughs on her own joke and after realizing the angry gaze from Aarvi, tries hides her smile)

"Hahaha. Very Funny. Aur isme galat kya hai?"

"Galat nahi hai prr koi point bhi toh nahi hai na Aarvi di." She continues, "See. Aap jaanti ho mere life me pyaar kitna mayne rakhta hai. Pyaar iss duniya me woh ek hi cheez jiska koi end nahi, jisme koi selfishness naa ho. Lekin maine jo pyaar mere aas paas dekha hai, experience kiya hai woh pyaar bohot hi alag hai. Bina matlab ke koi kisi se pyaar nahi kar sakta. "

"Akshu tujhe iss baat ka dar hai na ki pyaar galat hua toh - "

"Nahi Aarvi di. Pyaar kabhi galat nahi ho sakta. Lekin agar insaan galat ho na toh.."(suddenly her eyes gets moist, voice starts trembling and she pauses)

Aarvi understands the pain behind her words and consoles her.

"I understand you, Akshu. Prr har ek rishta alag hota hai. Tum abhi bhi tumhare past ko bhula nahi payi ho na?!"

Getting up from her lap and wiping the tears at the corners of the eyes, "Forget it na di.. Main ready ho jati hoon phir saath me chalte hai. Aap raste me mujhe college drop kar dijiye aur phir office chale jayiye."

Aarvi nods her head. Akshu rushes in bathroom and Aarvi keeps looking at her worriedly.

Aarvi and Akshara are roommates but they are more like siblings to each other. Aarvi is a 29 years old divorcee, who wanted to create her own identity and live independently after her divorce. She is a software engineer, working with a multinational corporation. She considers Akshara as her younger sister and pampers her like one.

One incident few years back, brought Akshara and Aarvi together and now they have created their own little, happy world.

Aarvi is quiet straight-forward, practical girl. Whilst Akshara is slightly opposite of her. She don't like to open up with everyone, afraids to talk with strangers and loves to live in her own imaginery world. She is an Arts Student who loves singing and have a mesmerizing voice. She wants to be a professional singer and pursing a degree course for the same. She assists the singers in big music programmes, so as to learn from them and also to earn for her own maintenance and education.

Even though Aarvi supports her during her difficulties, Akshara strongly believes in financial independence and that's what is ideological similarity between them. Both are each other's emotional support systems but never depends on each other for money.
