Looks: his original form appears as a sentient cloud of anti-matter with two small red eyes however he uses a vessel identical to the blue hero Sonic the hedgehog. His quills are a faded grey blue with tufts on both the sides his face.
A big X like scar stretching from his stomach, the sclera is black with red and white eyes with an X reaching across from the pupil to the iris and yellow sharp teeth. He wears a pair of white gloves and black shoes instead of the iconic red. His body arms and legs look thin, this is byproduct of how rapidly the vessel decomposes due to his powers.

Lord X also possess three more additional forms: his Void form, his Internal form and a Faker from.
-Internal form: A more twisted version of Lord X. This form comes out from inside X's body, he becomes taller his eyes lacking the red pupils, his teeth disappear from his smiling mouth although he odes this for intimidation. as his body morphs to a abominable proportion.
His violet arms with shoulder quills of the same color stretched so long the almost reach his elongated violet bony legs, his abdomen is now more shaped like an X as his scar also becomes longer, his head quills are more spiky than usual.

-Void form: This form retains the small stature of Lord X however his quills are a dark grey blue as his eye are completely black and red, a massive slit traverse over his face and chest. He now misses and arm with right still intact only with half of it being purple with a giant hand.
