ᴄᴇʟᴇꜱᴛɪᴀ'ꜱ ᴘᴏᴠ

𝐈 𝐃𝐈𝐃𝐍'𝐓 know where I was. I didn't know what was happening. All I knew was that I had gone to some camp called Camp Half-Blood and I fainted around 5 minutes after being there. I heard people chattering about something that seemed important, but I was too tired out to care.

Around an hour or so later, I woke up in a bed, somewhere that looks like an infirmary. I quickly sat up and took in my surroundings.

I stared across the meadow. There were groves of trees, a winding stream, acres of strawberries spread out under the blue sky. The valley was surrounded by rolling hills, and the tallest one, directly in front of us, was the one with the huge pine tree on top. It looked beautiful in the sunlight.

"Oh, you're awake." Said a boy, walking in.

He had blonde hair and brown eyes, I guessed he was around 13 years old.

I asked him, "Who are you?"

"I'm Kyle Brooker." He said. "You're in Camp Half-Blood right now, though how you got in is the important bit here."

"What?" I said, confused. "I went into Delphi's Strawberry Services, saw an archway with Camp Half-Blood, went in and got dragged in by some blonde dude, fainted, and now I'm here. What's so important about any of those?" I asked.

"I'll answer your questions later. First, I have to tell Chiron." Says Kyle, walking out.

"Well, that was weird..." I muttered.

ABOUT A few minutes later, I saw Kyle walking back in with a drink.

"Drink this, it'll help you," he told me.

I was taken aback by the taste, I expected it to be some juice, but it tasted like some fresh mango from my favorite shop. Liquid mango? Mango juice?

"Let's go, Chiron is waiting."

So we walked out of the infirmary and I saw the two guys I saw earlier and another boy.

"Ah, there you two are." Said Chiron, now looking at me. "Celestia, this is Kyle, he has decided to heal you in the meantime you fainted."

"How do you know my name?" I asked him. "I've never told anyone my name yet."

"We found your bag, with your name on it, Celestia Rose." He replied. "This is Mr. D, the camp director." he gestured to the other person.

Mr. D. was was small, but porky. He had a red nose, big watery eyes, and curly hair so black it was almost purple. He wore a tiger-pattern Hawaiian shirt.

"And he," Chiron gestured to the other boy, "Is Percy Jackson. Both of you are new so I suppose you two should go together."

Percy had dark black hair and green eyes, wearing a blue shirt and a grey jacket.

"I suppose I should say it." Grumbled the camp director. "Ah well. Welcome to Camp Half-Blood, there now. Now, don't expect me to like you brats."

They were playing a game so I just sat in a seat beside Percy.

"I'm afraid there's too much to tell," Chiron said. "I'm afraid our usual orientation film won't be sufficient."

"Orientation film?" Percy asked.
