Why can't you ever help me
I'm drowning in a sea of dark
You surround me
Trying to suffocate meI'm drowning and not sure how to swim
There's a weight the lays on my chin
Pulling me down to the thing
Within
There is no way outThe anchor gets heavy
With those words
Your demon can kill
Just like those words
I'm sputtering
Spalshing
FlailingYou can no longer see
As I fade into the dark nothingness below
You fade into the road
Blending with the stonesYou don't see
How deep I am
I touch the bottom
Frozen with the standing current
To go, with the current
Would be better
Then staying still and suffering
