This is Rei Ketsueki. Her quirk is Haemokenisis: she can control blood in any form only if she has physical contact with it. If she wants to control a person's blood, she'll need physical contact with their body in some form.
Her personality is much like Rei Ayanami from the anime Neon Genesis Evangelion. She is very quiet and mysterious, and enjoys reading. There is much more information on her on my "Oc Guide" book on my profile. Feel free to check out that and my other stories about her as well. They include necessary information about her that will be referenced in this book.

This is Rem Inari, REMMESII 's OC. Rem's quirk is Kitsune: she has the abilities of a kitsune from Japanese mythology and folklore.
Rem is a lot like Asuka from Evangelion. She's mean (and maybe a bit arrogant? I headcanon her as very cocky and self absorbed), but she's nice once you get to know her. (Cough--- POWER FROM CHAINSAW MAN--).
