"Aya~ What is this mess?" I said out loud.

My clothes were to be made a laughing stock for events, normally I wear simple clothes as my everyday clothes, but for events I seemed to not have the normal choice of style.

"A ruffle collared shirt? Shorts? What is this, a circus?"

[ The gatekeeper of wandering souls said with a smirk," Maybe, you are the circus. They needed some entertainment."]

"You–Ugh, just don't say anything more." I said after the rude remark given by the gatekeeper of wandering souls.

I grabbed a tablet and searched up formal wear for 13 year olds, the outfits I saw the most were suits.

I dinged the bell.

"Yes, Sir?"

"Please order 'The Gray World Suit' in my size from the usual."

"The usual?" Asked the worker in confusion.

" You know," I said slowly with a smirk making it's way up my lips, " the usual website the Sullivan family buys formal wear from?"

Pale covered the worker's flabbergasted face in an instant, with trembling palms the worker replied, " Yes, Sir, we'll order the suit."

"Good, you are dismissed." I replied nonchalantly after making a bold remark.

In truth, the website I spoke about is one exclusive to the Sullivan family, however, I am but a stain on the family, not worthy, and so I'm not included in the luxury. It's time to start a new beginning and flip the page. Oh, and also, I wasn't really meant to know about the website.

Times ticking, it's dreaded.

The workers fitted the suit on me, the gray color seems to compliment me in a way I wouldn't expect. Ofcourse, Rowan would beat me in all cases of appearance, but this is just a beginning. I sat in the limousine, it's quite a rare experience, I always felt like a child seeing snow for the first time. Now, this ''snow'' is one that has dissipated from my interests, it's worthless to me.

The car made its way up to Warner mansion, it's a beautiful sight, however once you enter the dining room, it's a dreadful place. I walked into Warner mansion, head held high, I caught a glimpse of Rowan. Hatred roused in me, it was something I never felt toward him, i've always loved him. Why? And- Is that? Clove...My, "Fiance," and she seems to be talking to my brother with such fond, happy eyes. Dumbfounded, I looked closer, stared even, and then I realized it.

She's in love.

My fiancé, whom I thought loved me with her full heart, is here, but not looking at me. My heart, instead of being in a sobbing pain, it throbbed. I turned away and glanced at Rowan again, my heart throbbed, blood ran from my head to my heart pounding as hard as it could. Am I...Angry? No, I couldn't be. I turned my glance elsewhere in frustration, my hands gripped tightly closed, shaking.

[ The gatekeeper of wandering souls looked at Celeste with tenderness, " Dear celeste, betrayal and failed love is something that will trail your journey. It always has."]

I contemplated, and replied, " What? What do you mean it always has?"

[ The gatekeeper of wandering souls shows a pitiful expression before explaining, " Clove Share Gardens, your fiance, has only put up a front. A show, if you will. Her love, is something that vibrantly shows in your memory, but all that love was one-sided."]

That can't be– no, it mustn't be. I glanced around, and my people are speaking to others. I need quiet time to think, I look around and turn the corner. Sinking down in an isolated area, I sat, dejected. Remembering all we had, and all we could have had.
