BROWN EYES
The sea of emerald, jade, lapis, and sapphire eyes lulled around me. My eyes flickered over the faces they belonged to. Light and dark danced in each fiery iris, and then the calm in the blaze twinkled. Like a shiny stone hitting the sunlight just right so that it was impossible to ignore. Jasper eyes. The color of warmth and soul and Earth. To anyone else, the ordinary color wouldn't amaze them, but maybe it was the way the eyes caught the light and they melted into quartz. Maybe it was the way that light and darkness danced in the flaming iris unlike the rest. The others demanded attention, they demanded to be the loudest, they demanded to lure you in. These eyes didn't; they demanded nothing. They caught your attention because they were so unworldly and beautiful in the most simplest of ways.
