Chapter : Six

There was one Mafioso that I haven't seen in action yet. Motojiro Kajii. He can be as explosive as his lemon bombs. That I didn't know what was he going to do in the mall until it did happen. But hey he is our friend. He was the first one to took an action and saved us though it looked like he tried to kill all of us at first glance but if it weren't for him we all would be poisoned to death with the carbon monoxide poisoning gas that was about to release by the terrorists.

I was having a great blast with Higuchi and Gin at the shopping center. We three were like besties. We were in casual clothings instead of wearing our usual uniforms.

"You two won't believe it. I didn't know that I'll get paid for all that scary shit I've done!"

"Wait! You didn't know?" Higuchi was shocked at my confession. I just shook my head. "It would be definitely a surprise for you than." Gin said in her light voice. "Ahh! Gin! I love your voice!" I side hugged her. "Yes it was"

"And it was worth it." I said while we enter a cafe for food. "I'll order, you two wait here" Higuchi offered as me and Gin sat at the table near the windows.

"Why'd you return the black dress?" I initiated the conversation.

"I like the one with black strips but I thought almost everything I own is in black so I decided to go for something different this time and bought some dresses in blue yellow and purple."

"It's good to have some change of pace." I replied.

"You're right."

As Higuchi was returning with our food, a loud sound of blast was heard from the first floor. We all three got up from our spots and nodded to each other. Higuchi and Gin was ready to fight.

"Oh no! I think the building's going to collapse!" Higuchi exclaimed.

"We have to take civilians to the safety. Gin you take care of the culprit." I instructed.

"On it!" Gin nodded and ran off.

"Higuchi, I will go and find safest exist meanwhile you go help the stuck bystanders and gather them."

"Alright, meet me at the Naruto merchandise shop on the second floor."

"Alright!"

We both parted ways. I started looking around while keeping my head low. I passed through several torned down shops and several broken jewelry shops. It looked like a robbery but that's what they made it seem like it. I could see a fight going on from a distance. I found an existing door from the back side of the building. I started running back to the designated point.

Guessing how my fate always hates me and luck loves me. I knew something weird going to happen to me.

"YOU'RE IN THE WAY!" I felt myself lifted in the air.

"Ryu?!" It was Akutagawa.

"Keep you're sorry ass off the battle grounds!" He yelled at me as he jumped backwards for dodging the hit. His rashomon wrapped around my waist.

"I didn't asked to be the part of it you know! I'm just helping the citizens...! Now if you let me down I have people to help!"

"Tch. What a disgrace." Surprisingly Mister so called Royalty placed me down gently.

"Hey! Ryu!"

"What now?"

"Why there's so much bombing!? What's going on here?"

"There are some foreigners who think they can do whatever they want with our country. But they didn't know this place belongs to Us Mafiosi!" And there he go, full on rampage. He never answered my question like a normal person would. But who am I kidding with normality. There's nothing normal in this world.
