Meet Scarlet

Meet Scarlet Liz Algorn.

Her hair is brunette but she chooses to dye it various shades of red, purple, and blue. She isn't very tall, and she loves being a villain.

Best friends with Harley, went to college with Barbra Gordon and used to hang with Vicki Vale.

She loves fear and sometimes can be found working with scarecrow. She loves riddler and Nygma, her ultimate goal is to get his affection back and to end up with and rule all of Gotham.

Penguin was previously her mentor, so she sometimes calls him father and she enjoys her time around him.

While not in costume she enjoys working her day job at the asylum, a simple pharmacist and wearing very loose clothes.

While in villain form she wears tight clothes and goes by the simple name: Splatter Paint, to match her hair and personality.
