Drew's POV
Today was my second day at the school, and I finally got to ride my bike. I received some weird looks but screw em, I don't care. I walked into my first class, which I didn't show up for yesterday, I decided to ditch and hang with that cool guy, Chris. "Glad to see you today Drew." The idiot teacher called out to me as I made my way to the back of the class. "Good for ya." I replied and rolled my eyes. I could already tell that this teacher thought he was a real hot shot. I think his name was Mr. Thomas, I shrugged and chose a seat, throwing my stuff down and sitting. "I wouldn't be starting your first day off being a smart mouth." He snarkily replied squinting at me. "To be honest I don't really give two shits how I start my day teach." I returned his glare and he opened his mouth to speak before closing it and writing useless shit on the board. I smirked and looked down at my desk, tuning the words of teacher out. "Drew... " I yawned and looked up at the balding grey haired man. "What?" He glared again, and sighed. "What is the answer?" I glanced at the board, and at all the eyes staring at me expectantly. I shrugged and looked back to the teacher. "Don't know." To be honest I didn't even know what he was teaching until I just saw the question, apparently this was science. "Well Drew figure it out." I inwardly groaned shacking my head and smirking. "Your the teacher, you figure it out." I shot back and he stood up straight, before walking to the back of the class and stopping at the foot of my desk. I looked up at him waiting for him to speak, he was just standing there. "You think your smart don't ya Drew." He asked and I smiled innocently. "I think I'm adorable teach." Some of the students muffled chuckles and Mr. Thomas glared at them quickly. "Well if we're gonna have a problem you can just leave this classroom." I sighed and shrugged. "I would love nothing More, I wasn't even listening to you anyway." He glared at me again and pointed at the door. I stood up and grabbed my bag walking towards the door and smirking. I left the room, pulling the door closed and walking down the halls. I don't know where exactly Mr. Thomas expected me to go but I guess I would just hang out. I know what your probably thinking, that I was a disrespectful brat. But I just had authority issues sometimes and I couldn't bite my tounge. I ran a hand through my hair, my mom was going to kill me, seriously she may be a tiny woman but she could kill me in a second. I was still walking through random halls before I realized that I was utterly lost. I sighed, and looked around before sitting against a wall. I reached into my bag and pulled out my phone, I began to play Hollywood undead's City. They were the coolest band ever. I closed my eyes and lip synced the lyrics, through my headphones, I heard the bell ring signaling the end of class. I stood up quickly, and looked around again for any clues to where the hell I was. All I saw was endless hallways, carpeted floors and white walls. I was screwed to say the least. Where was that Chris kid when I needed him. I moaned out throwing my head back. "Ugh...s-stop pl-please." I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion, what the hell. There was moans of pain coming from somewhere down the hall. I decided to follow the heart wrenching sounds. I turned a cornor and saw a big, bulky blond guy leaning down and he was what looked like landing punches on someone. I couldn't see who though... I wonder what they did to make him mad. "S-stop it!" The voice of a guy filled the air, he seemed to be trying to sound strong although it was clearly not working. I glared and momentarily contemplated my options. I could turn around and ignore the guys calls for helps or answer them. I had already made my decision, dropping my bag and storming towards the blond, who was now kicking the guy who was swiveled up trying to protect his head. I grabbed the guy by the scruff of his neck and he grunted as I threw him roughly against the wall. "The hell you beating this guy up for." I spat at him through gritted teeth. He struggled against me but I just tightened my grip. "Mind your own damn business, guy." He replied rolling his eyes in the process. "Five seconds asshole." He seemed puzzled for a minute and I smirked threateningly. "Times up." I spoke before landing a punch to his jaw and he fell to the floor in a heap. I didn't hit him hard enough to knock him out so he was still conscience. "What the HELL!" He shouted before charging at me and tackling me to the ground, got to admit wasn't anticipating that. I quickly recovered though and rolled him off of me landing another punch and another. He shoved me away hard and jumped to his feet. I jumped up as well and he walked at me, we stood there for a minute before I noticed him stepping forward with his right foot. I looked up just in time to dodge his oncoming attack. I ducked and his fist flew right over me. I landed a blow to his stomach and he toppled back, I took the chance to kick him so that he would fall, which is exactly what he did. He layed on the ground for a minute before jumping up, glaring at me and turning around to run off but not before he decided to threaten me. "Your already dead guy, ya just don't know it yet." I scoffed at his pathetic threat, I really hated assholes like him, who bully others for no reason. I looked back to the guy who was still laying there except now he was propped up in one of his arms. I examined him for a second, wait a minute. "Chris?" He looked up at me and grinned. "The one a-and only." He spoke quietly and his once so melodic voice now sounded strained and muffled. I leaned down to him and looked over to him offering a hand. He shook his head and stood up, wincing lightly and gripping his side. He was covered in bruises and he looked real messed up, his lip was cut open and he had cuts, blood, and bruises littered throughout his arms and face. I was sure though that he had more bruises under his shirt. "I didn't need your help ya know." I scoffed playfully as we walked back to class, well I walked and he limped painfully every now and then wincing when he steeped wrong. "Yeah your welcome." He looked at me before we both began to laugh for no reason at all. He winced again and the laughter ended. "You sure you don't need to go to the nurses or somethin." He shook his head and we got to the fork in the halls. I frowned and looked over at him, he was walking in the opposite way of the classes. I mean sure I didn't know this school at all but even I knew which direction the classes were in. "Hey uh Chris ya know your going the wrong way right?" I rose my eyebrows in amusement. "More like your going the wrong way." He sent me a goofy grin and I momentarily felt weak in the knees. What the hell, I'm straight, I shook my head lightly and followed after him towards the front doors.
