Third Person Limited Omniscient Point Of View
The party was extravagant-at first. Little did the people know that as soon as the CEO's of the present companies and such evacuated, it would turn into a fun-held celebration-speaking in terms of teenagers, of course.
In fact, the party was merely consisted of half-drunk pre-adults, sneakily 'attempting' to bring out alcoholic drinks out of the 80's themed party and chugging it all with some friends.
Ross, of course was infuriated with such behavior of these party-goers. His family specifically told him that it would be a formal celebration, nothing more, nothing less.
Knowing he had to wait a little longer for them and probably clean up for them as well, Ross decided to head home and come by to fetch their drunken butts later in a few hours.
--
As Ross arrived to the Lynch's household, he noticed the sudden emptiness and darkness that consumed the place that was usually filled with life and noise. It, in a way, calmed him down even more-perhaps giving him more time to think and reflect on who he really is now.
The ache in his abdomen was still present, but he was still emotionally stable. The girl didn't really strike a nerve in his past or something, but she did have an impact on him.
Reliving and rethinking what just happened with the brunette, Ross found it senseless to bring it up in a 'casual conversation' with his family through paper, for he realized that it would be absurd to do so, because what could he do to prove her existence to them?
They knew he didn't speak as often as an average person should, so the lack of communication amongst the family members would make this 'human being' even more unbelievable and unreal.
Maybe he shouldn't bring her up. It would be something very hysterical to view a socially 'mute' person for at least a year, confidently 'speak' to a stranger, especially given his past.
Pertaining himself as 'socially mute' was something very harsh, but who cared? No one could seep into Ross' deep, dark mind. It's a mystery that no one could ever solve, and at the same time, never tried to do so.
To him, it was a black hole.
What did one expect of him? Being in therapy and rehab for 2 weeks was enough for Ross.
He just sees no point in it. He doesn't have an addiction or a wretched past-well, maybe he does, but still, it isn't just as serious as usual cases for therapy.
But, on the other hand, the chances of 'telling' his siblings and parents may not seem so bad as well. It could lead to something new.
He could 'describe' her features-probably draw her, and they would know. Then they would explain to him who is she and how does he feel like he knows her and his curiosity will die down.
Maybe they could even live happily ever after-with his family, not the girl, but the thought of having his own happy ending does sound good and refreshing.
But he was well aware of how trust wasn't something rampant nowadays in this world. He knew that this wasn't just some Disney movie life he was living, that no matter how miserable he may be, in the end, everything will turn out fine.
He just got sick and tired of clichés that had small possibilities of happening, possibly even zero-when false hope is given off to the audience and little youngsters.
He has two choices.
Two paths to choose from.
Why make a big deal about it?
It's could just be Ross' head, possibly playing with him, creating a possibly non-existent human being that may be actually real.
Or it could be a random stranger that Ross just suddenly conversed with out of the blue, not needing motivation or any therapy sessions to force him to do so.
Could his decision actually be something very crucial? Or is it just some small bump that he has to swerve against?
It's fate, they say.
Two turnouts of a future for him wouldn't count.
At least he has all the time in the universe to think about it. Maybe he could prolong the possibilities in making a horrible decision.
But he just doesn't understand why he keeps on thinking about her. Maybe he can just shut down his mind for now and be worry-free.
"Ross! We're home!"
Oh shit, nevermind.
