Ring, ring, ring
The Alarm rang Making Mariam awake
She looked at the clock and saw that it was time to pray fajr
She looked at other side of the bed and saw Haris...her husband
She decided to wake Haris up after she is done with her ablution
She got out of the washroom and started going towards bed
"Haris....Haris" Mariam was calling him and at last shaked him by his shoulder making him awake
"Huh..yea what is it?" Haris asked coming to his senses
"Its time to pray fajr" Mariam said politely
"Hmm okay.." Haris said and started thinking about something
"Come I'll help you get in the washroom" Mariam said making Haris smile
She helped him get on wheelchair and started going to washroom
She came back to room after leaving him and started to lay prayer mats on the floor towards qibla
Haris called her indicating that he was dome with his ablution
Mariam helped him get near the prayer mat which she had layed for him in the front
They both started their prayer and in 10 minutes they were done with it
After prayer they did their supplication for their happy future

It was now 6 in the morning when Mariam was in the Kitchen making breakfast for her new family
After fajr Haris slept again while Mariam did the recitation of Quran and then went to Kitchen
She was almost done when Asma came to the kitchen getting shocked
"Oh my Allah, Mariam what are you doing here beta?" Asma asked looking at her daughter in-law
"Making breakfast for everyone Ami... why?" Mariam asked confused
"No my child you shouldn't be doing work right away you are just a new bride" Asma said lovingly
"Ami its now my home as well, and its my place to do everything for you guys and besides I'm now your daughter so its my duty to do these" Mariam explained while Asma was admiring her Daughter
"Woah woah, Where is this delicious smell coming from?" Hassan said or you can say shouted
"Its breakfast Hassan, your bhabhi made it" Asma said proudly looking at Mariam
"Wow Bhabhi i must say Haris got lucky" Hassan said with a little mischief in his voice
Mariam just giggled hearing this and with that Ahmed came to the dining room
"The smell is so appetising, darling when did you learn to make such breakfast that smell so good, i can't wait to taste it" Ahmed said
"I didn't make it Ahmed... Mariam did" Asma said and looked at Ahmed
"MaShaAllah Mariam beta i didn't know you would cook this early" Ahmed said feeling happy that his choice was right
"Its my home too Baba so i should be doing these small works" Mariam said
"So i guess you deserve a gift for making your first breakfast here" Ahmed said and gave Mariam a 5000 rupees note
"No baba i can't take it" Mariam refused but Ahmed was insisting so she decided to take it from him
"You all start I'll get Haris here" Mariam said shyly
"Okay beta go" Asma said with a smile on her face and Mariam could feel the teasing look from Hassan
She ignored him and went to their room where Haris was
She entered the room and saw haris sitting on bed with his mobile
"Haris come lets go have breakfast" Mariam said Haris looked at her and nodded
Mariam helped him get on his wheel chair and sat infront of him on her knees
"Haris..." Mariam hesitatingly said
"Yes" Haris looked at her with a confused face
"Should i tell Ami and baba to appoint a doctor for you?" Mariam asked Haris with fear thinking about the worse
".....i Don't know Mariam" Haris said "what do you think?should i see a doctor?" He asked
"Yes Haris, i believe in Allah i know if you try then you will stand by your on feets InShaAllah " Mariam said with hope
"Okay.... if thats going to make you happy then tell them, I'll do it for you" Haris said making Mariam's eyes teary
She smiled at him through tears of gratitude and started going towards kitchen with a satisfying smile

They entered the kitchen and everyone looked at the newly wedded couple feeling Happy for them
Mariam left Haris's Wheelchair beside Hassan's Chair and sat infront of Haris beside Asma
Everyone started to dig in and Mariam thought its best moment to share the happy news with them
She cleared her throat and started
"Ami, Baba.... I- No we got a happy news for you guys" She said and looked at Haris who nodded
"What is it Beta? We are hearing" Ahmed asked curiously looking between Mariam and Haris
"Baba, Actually i wanted to tell you to appoint a doctor for Haris" Mariam said with Happiness and nervousness both
Hassan, Asma and Ahmed looked shocked and Happy as they started hoping about Haris walking on his feet again on day
Asma with tears in her eyes asked Haris "Haris meri jan you..am i hearing right?you are willing to see a doctor?" Haris nodded and said "Yes Ami if it makes all of you happy then i will"
Everyone smiled upon hearing his answer and Asma engulfed Mariam in a tight hug while Hassan and Ahmed hugged Haris and patted Mariam's head
Mariam felt completed as she got a figure of Father, A mother, a loving brother and lastly A husband who is willing to do anything to make her happy
Ahmed's house was again filled with happy joyfull laughter and it was just the beginning
