Two weeks later, the apocalypse had hit again. Kiren stood in her crib gazing out of the window as the earth shook violently and the remaining building that stood smashed on the ground. Her little eyes just saw the wreckage as she held tight onto the crib to avoid falling out. But, the force was too large for her body to resist. She fell back into the crib with a thump. She stared at the ceiling in horror as it crumbled. The small wooden pieces started falling all over the place; soon the big ones came crashing down. Her mind couldn't process what was happening. She was too numb to cry or yell. Her brain gave up on thinking. It seemed as though she was paralyzed in coma. All she could do was to hope someone might imagine her all alone under the debris.
