Isabella's pov

Lara told us that baby was born early but he is ok now. Anna screamed at us and begged to bring the child, but Stefano locked her.

- Stefano, I know it's...

- Carla, don't talk about it. She deserved much more. 

Our whole family was sitting in the living room, Stefano's parents were also there. 

- So what will we do with a baby? - I asked my husband.

- I don't know. Do you have any idea? - he looked at me while I was holding our daughter. Lizzie was sleeping in my arms.

- He is innocent and you two are blood-relative so I thought that he can stay with us, no?

- Can we adopt him? - Carla suddenly asked Massimo.

- What? - he looked surprised.

- I am serious now, Massimo. I can't have children and you gave me a chance to raise Stefano like my son. I gave him all my heart and soul, I love him like a son. This baby is innocent, he is so tiny. I want to adopt him. - She looked at her husband and then at Stefano. - What do you think about it? 

- As you want, mom. - He stood up and went to her. They hugged.

- You called me "mom"? - Carla was sobbing.

- Yes, because you are my mama. Thank you. - Stefano kissed her cheek and smiled.

- So no one will ask me, right? - Massimo was trying to look serious.

- Dear, I know you will accept my decision, right? - Carla looked at him and he smiled.

- Of course. We will adopt him. 

- Thank you. - She hugged him. 

- So cute. - Katy was crying. Her pregnancy makes her so emotional. 

- Ok, but how we will explain it to others? Anna? - Nickolas asked.

- Anna will die and others... I don't fucking care about them. We just tell them that it's a surrogate. - Stefano answered.

- Good idea. - I smiled.

- Which one? First or second? - Klaus teased me.

- Both.

- Yes, we will tell others that this is our son from the surrogate, so no one will ask or tell something wrong. - Massimo agreed.

- So you will make him an heir? - Matteo asked.

- No, Stefano is already my heir and Capo. The next is his child... 

- Elizabeth. The next in line - is Elizabeth Alexandra Magini, father. - Stefano interrupted my father-in-law.

- Wait, you want to make Lizzie an heir? But she is a girl and... 

- I am also a girl, Massimo. But my father made me an heir. He could marry again and has a son, but he didn't do it. He made me an heir instead. - I interrupted Massimo. 

- Lizzie will be an heir and if she in future decides to cancel it, she can do it. - My husband said to his father and came to me.

- I hope you are planning to have more children, right? 

- Lizzie has to be protected so a little brother will be very useful. - Nick smiled and I stared at him.

- So maybe you will get pregnant next time? - I asked him.

- You know, I am a man and I can't get pregnant. - He answered.

- So you were trying to get pregnant and it's come out that you are a man and can't... - Klaus didn't finish his sentence because Nick threw a pillow at him.
