Chapter 13

"If Jackson doesn't know what he is doing, he properly doesn't know someone is controlling him"

When we arrived at the station we got an urgent call from Allison, informing the three of us Lydia freaking Martin was able to translate the bestiary about the Kanima correctly and told us the Kanima seeks a master, not a friend. This whole time someone was actually controlling Jackson being the Kanima that was the main reason why he didn't remember anything.

"That means he doesn't remember" Scott says placing his hands onto the table.

"Maybe it's the same with that happened with Lydia when she took off from the hospital" Stiles says leaning onto the table and taking a small glance at me after saying that sentence.

"Fatigue State" Allison tells us over the phone.

"But this is different, I can just feel it" I mumble "So he isn't going to remember any of the murders he has done" I say rubbing the back of my neck, feeling sick to my stomach with all of these thoughts of Jackson killing innocent people.

"Or getting rid of the blood"

"Or with Lydia, but someone made him forget that" Stiles adds in causing me to sigh and lean onto the wall behind me, crossing my arms over my chest and listening to the rest of the conversation over the phone, I was so done with everything.

"Whoever is controlling him" Scott states nodding.

"Are you sure Jackson has no clue about any of this?" Allison asks confused over the phone.

"he thinks he is still becoming a werewolf and being with Lydia delayed the whole thing, from what Jackson told me, but I don't know if that could be true, Lydia couldn't of just delayed the turning process" I state playing with my fingers and speaking loudly so Allison can hear me perfectly.

"So do we try and convince him he's not?" Allison asks us with a strained voice.

"If it helps us find out who is controlling him then yeah" Scott says nodding to Allison's answer and then he looks at us, knowing Stiles and I both agreed with the statement.

"Do you think he will talk to us after what we did" Allison asks and I sigh, shaking my head even though I knew she couldn't see I was shaking my head.

"Yeah he will talk to us, right?" Stiles says and then looks up to Scott and I, Scott just looks at him and I shake my head at my boyfriend knowing it wouldn't be the case. Scott ends the call and we get back into the Sherriff's office and we all sit down and he holds out a clip board.

"Clara you're not getting the punishment that Stiles or Scott will be facing, Jackson stated you had nothing to do with the situation and you arrived with the boys not knowing what they had done to him" Sherriff Stilinski states and my eyes widen in shock and confusion, why on earth would Jackson bail me out of getting the punishment Scott and Stiles were about to face, is there a reason for this or did he take pity. I look to Scott and Stiles who shake their heads enough to make sure I didn't say anything that I actually helped with the kidnapping of Jackson, but I was made to stay and listen to what the punishment was. "You will not go within fifty feet of Jackson Whittemore, you will not speak to him, you will not approach him, you will not assault or harass physically or psychology and you will not use Clara Ridgeway to make any small talk to Jackson Whittemore" Sherriff Stilinski slams the clipboard onto the table making the three of us jump slightly in our seats.
