I will be portraying Jeff's appearance a bit differently, but not too much. His scars will be healed and faded, but not in a way that isn't noticeable or unfriendly looking. He has eyelids, but they're just noticeably scarred and intimidating.
Jeff will have 1st person & 2nd person internal dialogue, that just suits Jeff in my opinion because he's not mentally stable.
