UPDATE AS OF 8/16/26: for those who are either re-reading or new to this book there will be some changes regarding the POVs.
(what I wrote here a few years ago is below the ⋅•⋅⊰∙∘☽༓☾∘∙⊱⋅•⋅)

Reader will be in 1st person for her internal thoughts and dialogue. 2nd person will be for everything else regarding Reader's chapters.

Jeff will be a mix of all 3. However as of recently, I have been deciding to do future chapters for Jeff in 3rd person regarding everything else. 1st person will stay for the internal thoughts/2 voices and dialogue.
1st person will stay (for now) for Chapters 2 and 4 since I would have to do a lot of rewriting.

I personally think 1st person suits him, but given the two internal voices being in italics, 3rd person might be better for everything else.

Since both dialogues are in italics for him, and unless someone comments otherwise, there should be a fairly clear difference between Jeff's internal thoughts.

I

would like y'alls opinion regarding the point of views for this book.

I had originally done Y/N in reader's pov, but changed to author's pov instead. I've been thinking of doing a mix of both JUST for later parts of the plot.

Which pov would you all prefer? Or which pov would sound better or make more sense to read in for Y/N? Would it make sense if I do a mix of both?

As for Jeff, I have currently done it in his pov, but I have been thinking about doing it from author's pov (he/his). Which would make more sense or be better to read in?

Thoughts? Feedback is greatly appreciated! That way I can go back and edit the chapters.

I currently feel stuck with where to go with the plot, I have so many notes/ideas written down. I have worked on 005, but don't feel it's ready to be publihed yet.

Things will eventually get nsfw and slowly more dark. I will of course put warnings at the beginning of each chapter, BUT I suggest referring back to the Content Warnings chapter.

My goal is for this book to be well written and something I can feel good about, and for people to enjoy as well.
