So his own liquid body can't feel pain but he feels Izuku's pain.
Okay, good to know. One more thing speaking of damage. Current Izuku is missing an arm.

Diffucult question honestly, 404 can teleport but normaly Homelander is faster, he can shatter the sound barrier and fly for longer than 404 can teleport in a row.

Yup, so spoilers alert.
In the Japan's civil war world Compoud V is known (by the goverment) drug thats max power is discovered and known at least a little about, while in my error academia 404 no one really knows what Izuku's true power is, the commission only knows its strong and tries to gain control of it.
Aaah..makes sense.
I do have another question, what would win, blaster's laser or heat vision?
Tought question, heat vision is much more hotter and concentrated so it has much more cuttting power, while blaster's lasers are more destructive and causes more damage to the area rather than one spot.
So if they collide againts eachother, heat vision can cut throu the blast but the blast can cause quite an explosion upon impact.
...yea that somehow makes sense to me.
The game changer here might be Homelander's sonic scream, because 404 doesn't really have some sort of defense on that and that could seriously damage and desorient 404.
... honestly the only way i see 404 winning is if Night shows up.
I mean, he WILL but don't throw Homelander under the bus, even if he does, he did prove of being capable of fighting liquid opponents in the fight againts the sludge.
