Death battle!

FIGHT

A dark portal oppened in the middle of nowhere and a figure came out of it.
A dark green haired boy with a black eye patch, black skin tight shirt and pants with white cloak with blue stripes on it.
"What is all this ?"
He asked as he looked around in a destroyed area. He stood in a crater among some trees.
"Hey!"
A boy with green hair, little smaller than thw first one, dressed in dark green jumpsuit with the flag of Japan flapping behind him landed close creating a shock wave that pushed the figure in white cloak back just a little.
"Are you the one who caused this destruction ?!"
"Buddy...i have no idea what is happening over here."
"Silence! You will come with me! Vilingly or by force!"
Both figures readied and made a battle position.

Homelander flew forward readying a punch.
Seeing this 404 steped back and teleported away, Homelander's fist shattered the ground where 404 stood just a few seconds before.
Two blasters appeared right behind Homelander who flew out of the way before the beams fired from them could hit him.
Homelander stopped in the air looked down at the crater.
"What are these things?"
Something wrapped around his feet pulling him down to the ground.
He looked at his feet seeing blue strings.
"Strings?"
His eyes lit up red and a heat vision was fired at the strings obliberating them.
Not fighting the momentum that was pushing Homelander down, he positioned his feet and landed with a loud crash.
"Special move."
A voice echoed somewhere close to Homelander.
"Thread's Hell!"
Homelander was covered in strings that seemingly manifested from thin air.
He tried to break out by moving but the strings seemed suprisingly tough.
Three blasters appeared in front of him and fired blue beams.
Homelander's eyes once again light up red and a heat vision was fired to clash with the beams.
The red ray cut thought the blue beams and destroyed the blasters.
Homelander smirked at this while 404, who's still hidden,  narrowed his eyes.
'So, my heat vision can cut throught those things.'
'So, his eye ray can cut throught my blasters.'
Homelander still tied up turned his head to see 404 standing there two more blaster behind him.
The blasters fired beams to Homelander who was hit by both of them.
404 turned around putting his hands in the pockets of his cloack.
"Wish it didn't have to end this way."
The next thing 404 heard was a loud crash and rocks breaking.
A sharp pain in his lower back was the next thing he felt.
Completely loosing feelings in his legs because of his spine shattering from what was a kick from Homelander, he fell to the ground.
Homelander's jumpsuit was almost destroyed, the upper half was gone almost whole and his cape was gone, he was also bleeding and had burned skin.
404 used his arms to turn around, still on the ground.
Homelander readied his hands putting them in the air with clenched fists.
404's strings appeared the moment he raised his hand to stop Homelander from punching him.
As Homelander looked down 404 was enveloped by black liquid and his grin stretched far more than human's should be able to.
Homelander's eyes lit up red and he screamed.
Loud sonic screech that made 404's ears bleed.
404's hand let go of the strings and went to cover his ears as the black liquid shook and seemingly retreated into his body.
As soon as the strings came loose Homelander's arms came and smacked 404 so hard that the ground beneath them cracked.
404 who couldn't feel his entire body due to his bones being reduced to ashes took a look at Homelander's red eyes.
Before a normal  eye contact could happen, Homelander fired his heat vision straight into 404's head.
His body being reduced to almost nothing and his head gone entierly, Homelander straightened up.
"Criminal, secured."

And now i'm here alone!
This is kinda lame as i'm not the best in making fight scenes but i'll work on it!
Anyways! Yes Homelander wins, he was stronger, faster and did have more experience in fights, while 404 doesn't have the strengh, speed or experience do beat him yet.
BUT!
Please do keep in mind that why i chose those two AND specified from which point in time they are, is because they are both Izuku after USJ events in their stories.
That being said both of them will return to this book and stronger too, so a rematch might happen.
404's weakness is also his fragile body, while Homelander can take a lot of hits without even flinching.
Homelander's heat vision was more focused and hotter than 404's blasters, meaning he could slice throu the blaster's beams.
404's teleportation could keep up with Homelander's speed but Homelander had way more stamina than 404 had energy.
Strenght definetly goes to Homelander,
Pure power could go to 404 as his powers are more adaptive and has bigger arsenal, well not yet but he will.
404 was also smarter by pure IQ but Homelander was in more battles and knew what he could expect from opponents, while 404 fought less battles and in all of them he had help.
Maybe it'll change in the future, but for now in their point in time,
