She sat alone in her tower, thinking about everything that led up to this. "I can't believe I let myself think he really loved me, Pascal..." she choked out between sobs. She stood up and stared out her window. "I mean, who can blame him? I've been locked up in a tower my whole life. Who'd want someone like that?" she calmed herself and and paced back and forth. "I should've stayed with mother. Then none of this would have happened!" she exclaimed, holding the pan in her hand tightly.
She starts having slight flashbacks, as if mother was really there with her. "Mother knows best, should've listened to your mother. Its a scary world out there~" she tightened her grip on the pan. "Mother knows best, one way or another things always go wrong, I swear!~" she slowly climbed up the stairs to her room, she moved the drapes to her room out of the way and walked up to her mirror. "Gullible, naive, positively grubby, ditsy and a bit well- vague." She threw everything off her vanity. "Plus I believe he never really loved me~" she looked up at the drawings in her room. "I'm just saying cause I loved you~" She continued to stare into the drawings she painted, she looked at them with anger. "Mother's right here, mother will protect me, I'll do whatever she suggest~" She looked at the tapestry she got from the kingdom of Corona (haha funny) "Skip the drama... stay with mama~..." she ripped the tapestry straight down the middle. "Mother knows best~" she threw the tapestry to the floor, and she started pacing again.
"People are evil, Pascal. They take advantage of your weaknesses, and steal whatever they can before abandoning you... The world is dark, and selfish, and cruel." she bent over and picked up Eugene- I mean Flynn's wanted flyer. "If it finds even the slightest ray of sunshine... It destroys it!" She stared at the flyer, her heart felt empty and cold. "It's just me and mother now... and trust me when I say that Flynn Rider will regret the day he ever crossed me!" She ripped the flyer to shreds and threw it up like snow.
"All those days watching from the windows!~" She practically jumped down the stairs in her fit of rage. "All those years, outside looking in!~ She stared at her painting of the lanterns in disgust. "All that time never even knowing just how blind I've been!~" she spun in a circle, recalling all those memories with him. She hated- no... despised him. "Now I'm here, blinking in the starlight~" she raced over to her window and opened it. "Now I'm here!~" She raised herself up to her window and stood on the ledge. "Suddenly I see!~" She wrapped her hair around the hook and slowly lowered herself down. "Standing here, it's all so clear!~" She landed easily and gripped her pan even tighter than before. "I'm where I'm meant to be!~" She dashed over to the vines that hid her away from the world, and she moved them out of the way and ran through the forest. "And at last I see the light!~" she was basically screaming at the moon at this point. "And it's like your mask has lifted!~" Her long hair trailed behind her, getting caught on branches but that wasn't going to stop her. "And at last I see the light!~" She climbed over hills and ledges, she was exhausted but wasn't the type to give up. "And it's like the sky in new!~" She stood up and trudged on. "And it's cold, and coarse, and cruel! And my world has finally shifted!~" She moved through trees and finally saw the kingdom of Corona (haha funny again). She ran through the streets and made sure to keep quiet. "AND AT LAST I SEE!~..." she ran to the docs and paused. "the light~..."
The only thing she saw was an empty boat. She'd have to find him some other way, she fell to her knees. She started to cry. She tried to get up and recollect herself, but she couldn't stop. She just sat there and cried.
