After pulling the lever, Rapunzel took a deep breath.

~Meanwhile at the tower~

"Oh Rapunzel!~ Let down your hair!~" Mother Gothel shouted in a sing-song tone. "Mummy is home darling!~" She said slightly more worried. She knocked open the secret passageway into the tower and ran up to see where Rapunzel was. She looked everywhere trying to find her but as she was looking she noticed a strange thing on the floor. She picked it up, it was the tapestry Rapunzel got from Kingdom Corona. However it was ripped up and tossed in the floor like it meant nothing. She knew where Rapunzel was.

She ran through the woods hoping nothing had happened to Rapunzel. She ran past the rubber duck tavern, she ran past everything. Her only focus was the kingdom. As she got closer to the kingdom a feeling of dread began to wash over her. She ran past a rock but stopped dead in her tracks. She saw long locks of hair and shouted "Oh Rapunzel! You're alri-" She walked over to the hair and there was no person attached to it. She basically screamed and started to pick up the hair as he eyes began to tear up. "I NEVER SHOULD HAVE LEFT HER ALONE!" She started to age fast, she knew there was no way out. So she sat there, curled up next to the hair.

~Back at Kingdom Corona~

Rapunzel felt relieved but there was still something bugging her. She thought long and hard about everything that has happened. As she was walking along trying to figure it out she saw a body curled up next to a rock. There was hair everywhere. Her hair. She moved the hair out of the way to see who it was. The person underneath the hair jumped up real fast and started to cry. She seemed so frail yet so familar. "Mother??" The woman jolted at those words. She looked elderly but it was Mother Gothel. Rapunzel was confused, she looked at Gothel like she didn't even know her.
