{chapter 9}

jacobs pov

"he fucked us as all! there's no way we're getting out of here" Isaac stated the obvious. 

he chuckled, "calm down you guys it's fine", cleo slapped him just as he caught her hand "are you high?". 

'shit, i have to get us out of here', i scanned the entire room til i spotted something. "shut the fuck up!" i yelled to get everyone's attention. 

my brother saw the hatch i was looking at, "cleo could you fit in there and try to open it a bit more?"

she looked over at the chains "s-sure but hasn't it been 30 seconds already", angelo interrupted her "it said 3 minutes idiots. i'm not that dumb".

isaacs pov

'i'm about to slap the shit out of him' "just go cleo okay? be careful." she glared at me "the chains maybe?".

angelo dove into his pocket, "i got it."

"NO" we all said in sync

jacob reached over for the knife in lucio's forehead, and pulled it out making a sharp goey sound as we all groaned. "here"

i took it from him because I was closer to cleo and sharpened the chains to break them, angelo chuckled "sorry to ruin this nice family moment but we have 1 minute left."

cleos pov

"hurry!!" i panicked, 'there's no way we're making it out, why us!'.

i looked up at isaac, his face covered in sweat and his fingers turning white because of his grip on the knife.

then it snapped.

"yes!" jacob yelled as I got up running up to the latch, I heard isaac starting on jacobs chains. 

"hurry!" 

"don't take too long!"

 "oh and be careful!"

 "i'm coming with u guys right?"

I used the bar on the wall to push myself up and hold on to the latch, 'oh thank god, its loose'

I held on tight climbing up the wall as I heard footsteps behind me, then I felt someone boosting me up. "thanks jake"

I pulled the latch open and it fell right on jacobs head, "oops.", "ouch- just hurry cleo!".

angelo mumbled "30..29..28"

"SHUT THE FUCK UP"

I dug my nails into the perfectly clean grass trying to climb up, I squeezed myself through panting as I got up almost forgetting about everyone else down there. 'how was I supposed to make this bigger then it already was' 

I pulled at it trying to make it bigger and it budged a little, and jacob was right at the top. "quick!!"

3rd person pov

the boys climbed up the wall as fast as they could as angelo mumbled the time left.

 once jacob made it to the top he managed to squeeze through but got stuck

"10 seconds!" angelo blurted out, isaac pushed his butt as he mumbled cuss words under his breath and the next second jacob made contact with the grass.

isaac squeezed himself out and angelo was left there as the bomb was ticking right next to lucio "run!" he screamed.

they all ran out as fast as they could not looking back whatsoever, holding on to each other.

"BOOM"
