Mild smut warning

Wooyoung must have dozed off because the waves of the airlock opening and water streaming inside woke him. He drifted with it, playful for a moment before he caught himself and regained his posture. He waited, stuck to a rock as the door shut behind San and the water drained out, leaving the regular beach.

San spotted him before Wooyoung had to climb up the rocks and a smile graced his light-bathed features when he took off his helmet.

"Wooyoung."

"I came to see you," Wooyoung grinned as he also took his helmet off. He placed it on a rock and made space so San could slip into the water next to him.

"Is the moray alright? I heard her roar." Wooyoung beckoned at the door outside and mimicked a lion's call.

Endeared by the measly attempt, San wrapped his arms around Wooyoung's waist. They were near the shoreline, so their feet didn't have to kick each other to hold them up. Wooyoung relished in the hold of those hands on him, settling his palms on San's bulging biceps in return.

"Alright," San hummed, assuring him that the call had been no more but a safety measurement. He probably discovered what the moray had been upset about and would relay the information to the higher-ups.

As soon as Wooyoung was done with him, that was. Seonghwa purposefully left them, so they had time to spend with each other.

"Good. Not that I'm worried she would do anything to you. After all, you are her most precious underling. I think if the city sinks, you'd be the one who gets saved by a moray." Wooyoung mindlessly skimmed his fingers down San's arms, appreciating their strength. He skirted past the bandage wrapping around his injury, and the smooth material of the suit amplified the feeling.

"Seonghwa told me more about the pearls. How much they mean. That you... seem to like me very much to go this far for me." Wooyoung almost couldn't meet his eyes, but San's stare was too intense to pass. He tried hard to piece together what Wooyoung was saying and, though shy, Wooyoung wanted to meet him in the middle.

"There is a lot to figure out, but I will continue to like you, too. And I like that you are so dedicated. It's very charming." Coy, Wooyoung batted his lashes at San and tugged him closer so the water between their bodies was forced to move out of the way. It left them in their privacy as their legs slipped between each other in an electrifying touch that made Wooyoung's heart skip a beat.

San muttered something in his language, but Wooyoung understood a word.

Ɬɬaeɣth.

Wooyoung blushed when San ducked into his neck with a chuckle on his lips. As Wooyoung pretended to dodge him, he instead exposed the veiny lines of his neck to San's pouty lips.

Not one to refuse the invitation, San skimmed his mouth over Wooyoung's jugular, exploring the lines up his sharp jawline and to his ear. He repeated himself, aware of the reaction the word triggered in Wooyoung.

"Ɬɬaeɣth."

Wooyoung shuddered in his arms, tugging him closer instinctively.

Maybe it was because Seungyoun had called Wooyoung pretty carelessly. Maybe it was because it was a different language. From San's lips, Wooyoung believed it.

Embarrassed, he clutched to San; in bliss for those sweet words. San trailed his lips back over Wooyoung's jaw, ending with a gentle kiss on his chin before he pulled back just far enough to look at him.

Lazy eyes flicked between Wooyoung's eyes and his lips, searching for approval. Downright staring at San's inviting mouth, Wooyoung was many steps ahead of him.
