I was asleep in my own bed, the sun barley shining through the windows, unbeknownst of the horned figure looming over my bed.

I turned over on my side feeling Edison get up and leave. "Angel... wake up." A familiar voice said. I pulled the covers over my head. "Nooo..."

"Brooklyn... WAKE. UP!" Bendy said pulling the covers off me, revealing myself to the cold of my room.

"Why..." I sighed. "Isn't today that 'thanksgiving' you were talking about?" I practically shot out of bed, falling and slamming my face on the carpet.

Bendy burst out laughing at the irony. "Shut up you stupid demon..." I mumbled. I got up and went to the bathroom, getting ready for the day.

Boris was sitting to the side using the blow dryer to dry his fur, Edgar was brushing his fangs, and Alice was brushing her hair.

It's a bit crowded here now, but... I like it... it feels good. I walked downstairs putting gloves on to not get any ink from my arm in the food preparations.

PJ came up from the basement and stretched his arms out, in a tired manner. "Morning PJ." I said beginning to cut up potatoes. "Good morning, Brooke." He signed. After we left the studio I helped teach him and Boris sign language so they could communicate with us.

Pretty much everyone was coming over today. Allison and Thomas, Wally, Norman, Sammy, even Norman, who was bringing the turkey.

"Are you fixing potatoes this early?" Charley asked walking into the kitchen. "Today is thanksgiving. It's the day we celebrate the harvest and other blessings of the past. We celebrate what we're thankful for." I told them.

"I know what I'm thankful for." Barley said walking downstairs. "Being free from that damn studio." He said.

"Hey. Watch your language." I said pointing a potato masher at him. PJ had turned on the tv as the parade was waiting to begin.

A few hours had past and someone knocked on the door. I stood up and went to open the door seeing Wally and Buddy on the other side.

"You brought the pies?" I asked. "Not even a hello? How dare you." Buddy said. I laughed. "Hello Wally, Buddy, did you bring the pies?"

"Yes we brought the pies." Wally sighed. We all laughed as I directed them to sit the pies on the dining table.

Thomas and Allison came a few minutes later with ham and rolls and we turned on the Macy's thanksgiving day parade. Today marked its thirty seventh official parade.

The toons including PJ were heavily fascinated by it considering they've never seen a parade before. "What do you all think of the parade?" Allison asked sitting on the couch with them.

"It's amazing!" Alice exclaimed. Boris eagerly nodded. "It's alright, I guess." Charley said stubbornly.

A few seconds later another knock was heard. "Can someone get that?" I called from the kitchen, too focused on food preparation to notice who arrived.

"Not even a hello for your best friend? That's cruel." Sammy said in the doorway with a bowl of corn and a sweet potato casserole.

"Why is everyone so condescending today?" I laughed. Once I was done we all sat down watching the parade in the living room until Norman arrived with the turkey.

We saw many floats during that parade, hosted by Lorne Greene and Betty White. The gang went ecstatic when balloons of them came by, even surprised us a little.

"That's us!" Bendy said excitedly. "Ooh!" Alice awed along with Boris and Bendy who sat there jumping in place excitedly.

We all laughed and shared a few stories and laughs before it was time to eat. We'll just say Bendy tried not to make a mess with his inky form.
