Iroha noticed that Nikei Yomiuri has fallen into a slump, and suddenly he has no motivation to do his usual journalist work. Iroha has never seen Nikei like this before.
Iroha saw how people treated Kakeru. They think he's meek. They think he doesn't deserve his title as a lawyer. Iroha wants to prove them wrong. She wants to take him under her wing.
Iroha noticed how tired Yamato looks lately. She wants to make sure he's okay.
Iroha knew how hard working Teruya could be. She wants to assure him that taking breaks is okay.
