~Gemma's POV~
"Who's getting snacks?" Ranboo asks, plopping down on the floor.
"I'll go" I volunteer.
"Can I come with you?" Jack asks.
"Sure, come on" I smile as Jack gets up.
"Get popcorn" Belle yells as we leave.
"Having fun so far?" Jack asks, glancing at me.
"Yeah" I look down, smiling.
"I'm glad you decided to come. It's been fun with you here. And who knows? Tom seems to like you, maybe you'll be in more vlogs"
"That'd be fun. You're friends are really cool"
"Our friends" he nudges my arm.
"I wouldn't quite say that yet" I giggle.
"Why don't you and I do a vlog of our own sometime" he asks.
"That's be awesome" I nod, walking up to the snack vendor.
"6 popcorns and a cookie please" Jack says,taking his wallet out.
"Here you are sir" the vendor hands him the snack and take the money.
"Thank you" I smile.
"Have a good day" Jack waves as we walk away.
"Here" he hands me the cookie.
I break the cookie in half and hand him one of them.
"Thanks" he takes a bite of the pastry.
"What time does the play start?" I ask.
"3:00"
"What time is it now?"
"2:57" Jack says, checking his watch.
"Shit. We gotta run" my eyes widen.
We run back to the area of the play but stop before entering the crowd.
"Who's with Ranboo?" I ask and start pushing through the crowd.
"Forget that. Who's with Tommy?"
We quiet down and walk over to the group.
"Who's this?" I ask Ranboo and start handing the food out.
"Jack and Gemma, this is Rachel and Lori. They're friends of mine" Ranboo says.
"Nice to meet you" I smile as Jack waves.
~time skip to after the play~
"That was cool" Belle smiles, throwing her empty bag of popcorn out.
"Yeah. What are we doing next?" I ask.
"Niki and I were going on a walk through a fairy trail. Why don't you and Jack come with?"
"Sure! Let's bring Ranboo and Rachel too."
"Sure! Go get them" Belle shoos me away and whispers something to Niki.
"Jack!" I yell and wave him over.
"What's up?" He asks.
"Niki, Belle, Rachel, Ranboo and I are going on a walk and your coming with" I say, leading him towards Ranboo and Rachel's area.
"Rachel, Ranboo! Come here!" I yell, waving at the pair.
"What's up?" Rachel asks as she jogs over with Ranboo.
"There's a fairy trail" Belle squeals.
"Oh shit! Let's go then" Rachel smiles.
We all start walking but Rachel and Belle trail behind while whispering.
"Fairy trail huh?" Jack says, looking at me.
"Yeah. Don't be a pain in the ass, it'll be fun!"
"No no, I'm excited." He reassures.
"Tommy was talking about getting dinner after this, if that's ok" I fidget with my bracelet.
"Sure! Why wouldn't it be ok" he asks, glancing at me worriedly.
"Uh no reason" I shrug.
"Hey Gem?" he looks at me.
"Hm?"
"Did I...like... do something?" he asks, looking everywhere but my face.
"What! No! Of course not! Why?"
"You haven't really said anything about your past or — like— opened up"
"I will. I promise." I mumble.
"No pressure. I just wanted you to know you could. Sorry" he explains, his voice getting quiet.
"No need to apologize. I'm sorry I haven't been so open"
"No worries. We'll work on it" he smiles and nudges into me.
"That sounds good. Now I won't have to worry about finding a therapist" I chuckle.
"You don't go to therapy ?" He asks, staring at me.
"No...." I say, not seeing the problem.
"We'll work on that too" he sighs.
