Episode 17 - Riposte

The Grand Palais des Champs-Élysées, commonly known as the Grand Palais, is a large historic site, exhibition hall, and museum complex located at the Champs-Élysées in the 8th arrondissement of Paris, France.

It's also the place where a lot of events in Paris happen. Right now, Kagami was leaving the place, after an event that she had to go. Still, she protested, because she didn't want to. Her mother, Tomoe Tsurugi, came to her.

Tomoe: Well, we have another meeting tonight. Go get refreshed. We'll meet in the usual spot for practice.

Kagami: Yes, mother.

Tomoe went to her car and left. Kagami sighed. She really didn't want to go. She wanted to meet her friends. However, she heard a noise. It was Marinette's scooter.

Marinette: Hi, Kagami!

Kagami: Marinette?

Kagami was still unaware of Marinette's return. A few moments latter, they were on the Liberty, where the Kitty Section were practicing. Marinette and Kagami entered the boat.

Alya: Oh, Kagami!

Marinette: I was coming from the Champs-Élysées, after getting a delivery there. And that's when I spoted Kagami!

Kagami: How come I never knew you were back?

Alya: I sent you an invitation for the welcome home party we made for Marinette!

Kagami: I didn't recive anything. Oh, who's the blond in the blue dress?

Aurore: Hi, I'm Aurore! Nice to meet you!

Kagami: Likewise.

Kagami sat down besides Marinette. The Kitty Section finished their song. The group claped for them. That's when Kagami noticed the collar that Aurore's wearing.

Kagami: Aurore, your collar...

Aurore: Oh, this little moon of mine? It's a little present I got last year.

Marinette: Kagami, we're planning on going to the movies, tonight! You're free to come?

Kagami: Sorry, but I can't come. I got... something else schedualed.

Kagami stood up and left. Everyone looked at her. However,  Marinette noticed the sad face she had. The group came together.

Ivan: You think she has another one of those events she can't miss?

Mylene: It's so unfair! Why can't her mother let her hang out with us more offten?

Marinette: We managed to convince Gabriel to let Adrien be more free to hang out with us! But Kagami's mother is harder to convince. 

Aurore: Someone  harder to convince than Gabriel Agrest himself?

Alya: Yep. I never thought it was possible!

Max: It's almost impossible for Kagami to see us!

Time skip. It's 6PM. Zoé and Aurore were back on the hotel, inside Zoé's room. Pollen and Froll came out. Zoé was still shocked about the fact that Aurore was a Miraculous Holder.

Zoé: I still can't believe that you're a Miraculous holder.

Aurore: You know... It pains me that I had to hide this since I was 6.

Zoé: What?

Aurore: On the first time I visited the Trocadéro, I found something burried underground. I managed to dig enough to get it. But when I did, Froll came out.
