The Fatui Harbingers lost their battle against Celestia. As punishment for their transgression, they are teleported to a different world where they can no longer cause a hindrance to their rule over Teyvat. The Fatui were a large organization formed by the Cryo Archon and her top strongest commanders, the Fatui Harbingers. Each one of them possesses an extreme amount of strength, speed, agility, endurance, etc. The top 3 harbingers are stronger or on the level of a god. The Harbingers don't get along with each other and have their own agendas that they follow no matter what.
Sadly none of that matters now due to the Harbingers current situation. They have been teleported to a new world by Celestia. They have been teleported to the Kingdom of Lugnica.

Tartaglia, "Childe", 11th of the Eleven Fatui Harbingers
Tartaglia: "Well this is interesting. I'm not getting any leyline energy here. what about you two?"
F.A1: "The same is said for us Lord Harbinger. We apologize for being useless."
F.A2: "we promise to be of better use to you."
Tartaglia: "Haha it's ok, We'll just have to ask around to find out where we are. I'm sure the other harbingers are somewhere. Now lets go and find them."
the fatui agents nod following their superior and cloak themselves while Tartaglia goes around asking folk about where he is. He learns he is in the Kingdom of Lugnica and things are a lot different from Teyvat, the world he came from along with his fellow harbingers, and that magic is learned differently. He thankfully has his vision and delusion and they still work. His bow is also with him as well. The fatui agents tell him that they spotted The Doctor and the Fair Lady not too far from here, so they guide him to them.
Tartaglia: "Hey! Signora, Dottore!"
