Edd and I walked down the sidewalk talking about the scam, but mostly about other things. "So why do you still hang out with those dorks?", I asked bluntly. I quickly realized what I said. "Shoot! Sorry, I keep forgetting to stop doing that."

"Apology accepted.", He smiled warmly. "Well I guess it's because when I moved to the Cul-de-sac, they were the ones to take me as one of them, and our bond slowly increased and strengthened. I love them like a family."

I smiled. He really is a good person, I can tell. "You know", he began. "You're not as bad as you were before."

My face went red, full of embarrassment. "I guess I really was a dick back then."

"Language, Kevin."

"If you're gonna hang around me, you're going to have to get used to it.", I smirked, which made Double Dee frown, but nod in understanding, smiling in the process.

"So any-", Edd was walking backwards but tripped over a crack in the sidewalk, falling. "Woah!", I rushed over to hopefully catch him, but he fell on me.

Our lips touched. Zaps of shock filled my body as the kiss deepened.

Wait, what am I doing!?

I quickly pushed him off, hearing Edd's shouts as I ran off back to school, waiting for the end to come.

"C'mon we're almost there.", Nazz said. I parked outside Jimmy's house, quickly knocking on the door and walking in when it opened.

"So what exactly happened?", Sarah asked, Jimmy in the kitchen getting snacks. I looked at Nazz, hoping for her to answer, but she shook her head.

"Humph, fine...", I looked down, face already pink. "Where do I begin... Oh, so it was a day ago when the Dor- I mean Eds were finishing this scam."

"Again?", Sarah sighed.
"Hush!", Jimmy said, taking some chips and dipping it into salsa.

"Anyways, a shovel almost broke my house, I was so angry that I made a bet with Eddy that I could make a better scam."

"That's dumb.", Johnny said, looking at his friend. "Isn't that dumb, Plank?". Everyone shushed him.

"So I took Double Dee and we worked on the project, but I started developing weird feelings for him, and I tried to get rid of them. But today, Double Dee kissed me, on accident of course, and now my mind is swirling.", I finished, covering my face.

"Hmmm, seems like you have a thing with him.", Sarah said. "Don't worry, I did too. But that was long back."

"F-feelings? But I like girls!" This was getting super weird.

"Well, it's something about him you like. I'd say to go for it!", Jimmy cheered, everyone humming in agreement.

"I don't know. I'll just keep it to myself for now. Maybe this is just temporary.", I quickly said.

"At least, I hope so."
