You waited at the door of Ukiyo's apartment, nervously shifting around as you waited for her to finish getting ready. You found your hands were clammy, and looked down at your attire, deciding in a split second that the outfit you had spent an hour or so on now looked ridiculous.

But you couldn't leave now. You rang the doorbell again.

"Hang on! I'm coming!" you heard her shout, and she opened the door a minute or two later. You felt yourself blush.

Kassetto was dressed in a knee-length, sleeveless dress, made out of a shiny material like her hair, except dark blue in color. She still wore her cap, but she also wore pretty pearl jewelry and kicked off her sneakers in favor of some little heels.

You commented on how beautiful she looked that night, and she smiled appreciatively, her cheeks reddening.

"Thanks, Y/N...to be honest, I felt a little bit silly dressing up like this, but GF helped me put this outfit together, and she normally has good taste." Ukiyo admitted before giving you a greeting hug and kiss on the cheek. "You look stunning as well."

You chuckled meekly, your face prickling with heat when she kissed you. You asked if she was ready to go, and she nodded. How could you have thought your outfit was garbage? Obviously it was stunning!

As you took her by the hand and led her down the stairs of the apartment building, she said, "I can't wait to see what you've planned out for us to do tonight. Whatever we do, I just want to do it with you."

She smiled and squeezed your hand. Your stomach did a cartwheel. Although she was metallic and cool to the touch, it still made your heart flutter.

As you both walked out of the building, you looked up at the sky, praying to all the stars in the sky that tonight would pan out okay. That everything would be fine. Because not only have you and Cassette Girl never gone on a date before, you also knew you'd never find another girl like her. Never.

The stars twinkled down at you.
