Miguel hopped into the car with matching pjs, and I almost killed myself, "Can I dj?" I asked.
"Sure." Madi shrugged, handing me her phone, I turned on Bejeweled by Taylor Swift. We jammed out to the song, then I just played a random playlist.
"What movie are we watching Madi?" Miguel asked.
"We are watching, The Quiet Place and The Quiet Place 2." She answered.
"Nice." I nodded.
"Is it a scary movie?" Mason asked.
"Not really, I mean it's more of a thriller." I shrugged, "I haven't seen the second one though."
"Well today's your lucky day." Gwen giggled.
"Okay we're here." Mrs. McGraw smiled. Being smushed in the middle between two boys wasn't as pleasant as it seems in the movies. Mrs. McGraw hit a bump, causing me and Miguel to bonk heads.
"Oh my god." I laughed holding my head, there was another bump, and this time me and Mason hit heads, "What the hell." I whined, I leaned forward a bit, so it wouldn't happen again.
"You okay Taylan?" Miguel was laughing his butt off, I flipped him off.
"Oh come on Taylan." Mason laughed, I flipped him off two, causing them both to laugh even harder.
"What happened?" Madi asked, turning her head to look.
"When your mom hit the bumps on the road, me and Taylan bonked heads." Miguel couldn't finish the sentence, "And then she hit another one and she bonked heads with Mason." So now Madi was laughing.
"This is my thirteenth reason." I whined, "It's not funny, it hurts." I laughed.
"It is kinda funny." Miguel grinned.
"I'm being bullied. I should've stayed in Colorado." I joked.
"You got bullied there to!" Mason yelled, my mouth dropped.
"This is why you didn't have anybody in your movie." I crossed my arms, side eyeing him. He tried giving me a hug but I turned away, "No don't touch me. I don't need haters in my life."
"Your so dramatic." Mason rolled his eyes, "Come on Tay you know we love you."
"Do you though? Cause I'm getting mixed signals." I giggled, "I'm joking, yes I know you all love me."
"Good." Miguel chuckled, "Besides I don't need you hating me."
I raised an eyebrow. What'd he mean by that? Madi looked at me thinking the exact same thing. She wiggled her eyebrows and I smiled. I shook my head. She rolled her eyes, facing the front.
When we finally got through the line, Mrs. McGraw parked, gave us some basic rules, then left to find her husband. I started setting up the blankets and pillows. I set out the snacks, nodding in satisfaction.
"Are you done now?" Mason sighed.
"Stop being a baby, and yes I'm done." I smiled, climbing into the back and taking my spot in the van. I grabbed the bag of gummy worms taking one and placing it in my mouth, "Madi got us our own pillows." I smiled.
"Ha ha. Your the only T in the group." Miguel laughed. I rolled my eyes, pulling up TikTok. I scrolled seeing a girl doing a funny TikTok. It was her acting normal then a picture of Miguel popped up and she fainted. I laughed deciding to duet it.
