Chapter 13

Yosōijō was tired.

She had spent the bulk of her night playing her violin to destress for the coming day when the turning point of her life starts.

Her first day as a student of UA.

Many thoughts were going through her head but one thing was certain.

She was gonna mess with her new classmates.

Lizzy glanced at the Chesire-like grin growing on Yosōijō's face and knew immediately what she was thinking. She wanted to scold her but decided against it as these were the few moments she acted like a child. Albeit concerning, Yosōijō has never done anything that caused one to be hurt.

Silently dressing Yosōijō while humming a happy tune, Yosōijō asked Lizzy a question,

"How do I look?"

Lizzy knew what she wanted, it wasn't a question of whether she looked nice but what she was wearing.

"Hmm~ I would say you are wearing a long-sleeve, button-up white shirt, a grey jacket with blue-green stripes, and a red tie. Your skirt is dark blue-green and it's pleated, and you have a small, golden button on your tie. Your footwear is your dark blue slip-on as requested. you refused to wear socks_even though I don't approve of that_ and to prevent anyone from seeing under your skirt, you wore tight black tights. To top it off, you are wearing a grey beanie hat with a few strands of your dark blue hair framing your face. Is that good enough for you?"

"Yes, thanks, Lizzy."

"Okay, then let's go for breakfast."   

Lindsey led Yosōijō around the new environment of their three-room apartments. It was one of the many buildings and assets the Gatou family had and one that was near  UA. With the change of environment came Yosōijō's insecurities as a blind person. She didn't let it bother her though, she knew better than to sulk about something she couldn't change.

Breakfast was rushed as she wanted to quickly get to school. With permission, Yosōijō spent the entire two weeks before school, memorizing the layout of the UA high, tedious but not impossible as her drive to be independent helped her achieve such a feat.

Leading Yosōijō out of the apartment to the car, Lindsey decided to give her parting words to Yosōijō,

"Okay Yosōijō, what are the rules we established to be followed when going to school?"

"Don't let anyone look down and take advantage of me, don't care about the words they say, and if they dare to stand in my way, make sure their bones don't stand"

"..."

"You... that is a little not enough, we can go with destroying their entire lineage"

Yosōijō lifted an eyebrow questioning Lizzy's response, "And you are meant to be the responsible one becaaauuussse???"

"Because we are on a mission sent by the RAT GOOODDDDD."

"What the_"

"I am just kidding. Do you, okay? don't get into too much trouble and have fun. Know that we are all proud of you and I am positive your parents are, dear." 

Yosōijō smiled softly and nodded with affirmation, taking the hand of her driver, she was led to the car and driven to school with a content heart.

Everything was a blur the moment her feet steeped on UA grounds.

Yosōijō made her way through the halls and found her way to class 1A. Sliding the door open, she mindlessly made her way to the assigned seat she memorised the day before. She was too tired to even observe her surrounding.
