"Dad is going to kill you," Ree found herself saying, staring at the beer keg that lied in the trunk of the Vista Cruiser.

Her day had been going so well, too. She'd gotten an A on her French test, had bought Oreos from the vending machine, and there had been a sub in English so she'd been able to read the entire period. All in all, an ideal day.

And, of course, something had to ruin it.

"Not if he doesn't find out," Eric shot back, giving his sister a pointed look. "And he's not going to find out."

"And when was the last time you ever got anything past Red Forman?"

"Uh -"

"Exactly."

"I was thinking!"

Ree rolled her eyes and slid into the backseat of the cruiser between Hyde and Kelso. Eric claimed his seat at the wheel with Donna riding passenger. Fez, meanwhile, was stuffed in the trunk with the keg.

"This is so awesome." Hyde was practically beaming. Ree was sure she'd never seen the boy happier in his life.

"Best day of my life!" Kelso exclaimed, excitedly, grinning from ear-to-ear.

"I can't believe it was just in the middle of the road!" Donna exclaimed.

"So, when did you guys have time to find the keg?" Ree asked, curiously. The final bell had just rung when Kelso had run up excitedly, tripping over his own feet to tell practically the whole school about it.

"During last period," said Kelso, waving a hand in Ree's face dismissively.

"You all seriously ditched class?" Ree questioned, eyebrows shooting up towards her hairline. "Even you, Eric?"

Hyde groaned obnoxiously from beside Ree. "Not this again. Come off it, Forman," he complained. "Normal teenagers skip class," he explained as if she were 5-years-old. "You're just as bad as Opie over here." He gestured to Eric.

"Hey," protested Eric as he frowned. He reached back with one arm to try and hit Hyde, but ended up swerving the car into the opposite lane. He jerked the wheel back into place as the occupants screamed, colliding into one another in the back seat. Ree grunted as she was forcibly pressed up against Hyde, Kelso slamming into her back, successfully sandwiching her between them. Ree heard a loud yelp from the trunk as the keg rolled back and forth.

"And you complain about my driving?" quipped Ree as she caught her breath, her chest heaving. She pulled herself away from Hyde, shoving Kelso roughly away from her as she went.

The Vista Cruiser soon pulled back into their driveway, safely. While Ree took her time stepping out of the car, the rest of the gang raced to exit and pop the trunk. Fez rolled out, landing on his feet beside them all. In hushed voices, they quickly decided that Hyde and Kelso would carry the keg. Ree followed them slowly with an annoyed expression. Were they really going to keep the keg? Red was going to kill them - including her. She hated how she was always being dragged along with them all and their hair-brained schemes, but they were her friends; she was stuck with them.

"I can't believe you guys are keeping the keg," spoke Ree at full volume as they carried it down the exterior basement steps.

She was met with five sharp hushes and matching glares from her friends. Ree rolled her eyes again, frowning deeply, before following them into the basement. She shut the door behind them after Kelso and Hyde brought the keg in.

"Ree, did you expect us to leave a full keg in the middle of the road?" Donna asked, trying to get her best friend to see reason.

"Well, no," Ree admitted, crossing her arms with another frown. "But that doesn't mean you have to drink it. Can't we all just go bowling?"
