Welcome Home

Y/N's POV

I was walking back to Chloe's truck with a bag full of all of my things. I walked up to the back of the truck and threw my bag in the bed of the truck and looked over at Chloe. "Hey you ok Che?" I said. Chloe looked up at me and smiled I could see a slight bit of relief in her eye's. "I'm fine Y/N just thinking is all." She said with a bit of worry in her voice. "I'm here if you ever need to talk you know that right?" I said as I put my hand on her cheek. She leaned into the touch something I wasn't expecting. "I know your here but I'm not ready to share this yet." She said looking me in the eyes. I smiled and nodded at her signaling that I understood. With that she grabbed her keys and unlocked the doors. I walked around and got in the passenger side as Chloe got in and started the truck. It was a silent ride to Chloe's house but not uncomfortable it was a peaceful quiet just enjoying each other's presence. We eventually pulled into the driveway of Chloe's house. "Home shit home." Chloe said as we both got out of the truck. I laughed at her joke as I turned over and grabbed my bag out of the bed of the truck. I looked over and saw Chloe walking up to the door she opened it and looked at me and shouted "you coming or what?" I giggled at this walking up to her I gave her a quick kiss on the cheek and headed upstairs to unpack.

Chloe's POV

I could feel my face heating after Y/N's kiss on my cheek. I turned and entered the house closing the door behind me. I was about to head up the stairs until I heard Mom call for me "Chloe could you come here." I sighed and walked into the living room where both Mom and Shitstain were.
"Yes Mom." I said not even acknowledging David. "Well Chloe now that Y/N is moving in I wanted to talk to you about finishing school." Mom said looking me dead in the eye's. "What why would I go back to that shit hole." I protested. I don't want to go back to a place that doesn't want me. David spoke up. " Me and your mom want what's best for you and finishing school would be apart of that." I didn't want to listen to him but I don't want to start a fight on the first day Y/N moves in. "Just think it over and talk to me tomorrow we can't force you now that your nineteen but please think it over." Mom said as she got up and gave me a hug then headed upstairs to bed as Shitstain followed her. I went upstairs and into my room where I saw Y/N silently listening to a Nirvana song and putting her clothes away in my dresser. I smiled and snuck up behind her and grabbed her sides scaring the shit out of her.

Y/N's POV

I felt someone grab my side making me scream and I almost threw a punch as I turned around that's when I saw it was just Chloe. "Your an asshole." I said as I playfully slapped Chloe's shoulder. "Yeah but you love me don't you." She said as she flopped on the bed making me chuckle. "Yes I do and are you already that tired?" I said as I put the final pair of pants in the drawer and closed it. Turing around and looking at Chloe she looked like she was deep in thought again I was starting to get worried about her I haven't seen her this silent she was always extroverted and wanted to talk or do something she could never sit this still. "Hey Chloe what's on your mind?" I asked trying to figure out what was going on with her. "Mom and shitbird want me to go back to school." She said looking up at me. " I don't know wether I should or not." Chloe said sounding like she was lost. All I could do was sit down on the bed beside her and pull her into a hug and tell her. " I say listen to your gut. If it's telling you to go back to school go back if it's telling you to stay out of school stay out I'll support your decision no matter what." I said as reassuringly as possible all I wanted was for her to be happy something that was not common with Chloe since Williams death. "Thanks Y/N I'll think it over I just need the time to think." Chloe spoke up signaling she wanted to end the conversation. I could tell something was different now but I couldn't put my finger on it. Chloe laid down on her bed and motioned for me to join her witch I happy did. We sat there for what felt like hours just in peaceful silence. This is what I wanted just peace and my girlfriend. After a few more minutes we both happily fell asleep in each other's arms. Finally a proper home.

I know it's been a while but I'm getting back into it and wrighting and I decided to try a new style that I will stick to for the rest of the book. I hope you guys enjoyed this chapter.
