Mattia's POV
"You can come in" I said to to whoever was knocking at the room door
"Hey dinner is ready" Kairi said walked into the room slightly "oh ok I'll be down in a second" I said and he smiled
"ok and after dinner I'll help you finish unpacking" he said and turned around to walk away "Oh no it's fine" I tried to say but he already walked away
He's cute but he said he has a boyfriend, I wonder who Mar is?
I might just have to take Kairi away from him if these small feelings for him gets any stronger, but at the moment I'm pretty sure I just think he's attractive
I sat the rest of the clothes I had in my hands and sat them on the bed then walked over to the corner of the room where I put all my shoes and slipped on my slippers
I walked downstairs to meet everyone else downstairs at the dinner table waiting for me
"Sorry" I said and sat down next to Kairi "no no sweetie it's alright" Kairi's mom said and I smiled
"The food smells good Ma" I said and she smiled "oh thank you sweetie at least someone around here appreciates my cooking" She said and Kairi gave her a confused look which made me chuckle a little
After dinner I walked over and I was going to try and help Kairi's mom wash the dishes but she told me to go ahead and go upstairs
As I walked into the room I seen Kairi sitting on my bed waiting for me "there you are" he said and got up
"So what else do you need unpacked?" He asked and I smiled "just my clothes I think I got mostly everything" I said and he nodded and picked up some of the closures off of the bed
"Is there a certain way you want it?" He asked and I nodded "if you see a hoodie it goes in the closet and the shirts go in the top left of the dresser and the t shorts go in the top right" I said and he nodded putting some of my t-shirts in the dresser
"Thank you" I said and he smiled "no need to thank me I wanted to help, I wanna try and get to know you more" he said and that made pause
It felt like my face was heating up "oh ok" I said "so Kairi, do you play any sports or anything?" I asked and he shook his head
"I played soccor last year but I decided to take a year off the coach is a bitch" He said and I laughed "yea I know how you feel I play too and my coach was a complete dick" I said and he he smiled
"I fucking hate my coach but I know he's just trying to make us better" he said "I understand they are trying to make us better but they don't have to be so rude" I said and he agreed
"Exactly like you can make us better without screaming for no reason" he said and I agreed
"So you and Alejandro are friends?" He asked and I smiled "best friends, I've known the guy since we were 6" I said and he smiled
"Same with me and Alvaro but I met him when we were 5" He said and I smiled "it's nice to know that Alejandro is staying with your friend so I know he's ok" I said and he smiled
"Alvaro's family is really nice if anything they are probably treating him like he was their own son they do it to me and all Alvaro's friends" Kairi said and that made me smile knowing that Alejandro will be alright
"So I know you only been here for a few hours but how's New Jersey for you so far?" He asked and I looked at him
"It's good so far" I said and finished putting the rest of my clothes away
"Are you excited for school?" He asked and I looked at him "what am I a kindergartner? Fuck no I'm not excited for school" I said and he laughed
His laugh....

It's like I could hear it all day
"So do you wanna watch a movie together?" I asked him and he stopped and slowly looked up at me
"Uh sure" He said and looked away "w-what movie do you want to w-watch?" He asked and I got a little confused
"Are you alright? you're stuttering" I asked and he shook his head "y-yea I'm fine it happens s-sometimes" he said and I nodded
I don't know but would I be wrong to say his stutter is cute?
"So I don't really care what movie we watch I just want to watch one with you" I said and smiled at him
"So you get to pick what movie we watch and where do you want to watch it?" I asked and he looked away from me
"Um do y-you wanna watch a umm a horror movie?" He asked and I smiled "I like your taste" I said and smiled
"Do y-you want to watch it in m-my room?" He asked and I smiled "sure let's go" I said and got up off of my bed and followed him into his room
I walked over to his bed and sat down as he closed the door
"Oh is it alright that I'm on your bed?" I asked and he nodded "where else would you sit?" He asked and I scratched the back of my head in embarrassment
"But it's cute you asked" He said and hurried and put his hand over his mouth "I'm sorry I didn't mean to be weird or make you uncomfortable" he said and I chuckled
"It's fine" I said and stoped mid sentence to think if I really wanted to say what I was about to
"you're cute" I said and he looked away "h-here's the remote" He said and handed it to me and that's when I remembered
"Oh shit my bad I forgot you said you got a boyfriend , sorry if I made you uncomfortable" I apologized and he shook his head
"No you didn't make me uncomfortable it's ok" He said and walked over to the bed and sat down next to me
"Alright what movie?" I asked handing the remote back to him
"Idk let's look for one on Netflix" He said and went on "I'll add an account later for you so you can have your own profile" He said and I smiled
"Thank you" I said and he smiled "ok do you want to watch IT?" He asked "I mean I already watched it and I'm sure you have but it's a good movie" He said
And I smiled
"Sure if you want to watch it then I will" I said and turned to the tv and he turned the movie on
