Yesterday i was thinking about SH i had a blade and everything i was shaking and i felt i was going to throw up but i didnt i didnt c*t myself or do anything bad I decided to talk to a su!c!de crisis line yesterday and the lady i talked to was super sweet like really sweet with me and we went over a safety plan and i threw the blade i had and ive been feeling so much better.
