Tae's POV

Contently perched on Kookie's lap while finishing breakfast, I start a conversation about Jennie.

It's been several days since our office encounter when that heifer said she was coming for my man. I just want to monitor the situation and find out if there were any more incidents.

I really hope for her sake that there has not. Once I commit down this path with her, there's no going back. Hopefully she's thought this through. I will give her every opportunity. Because what is coming won't be pretty. Bitch, please make the right decision.

"Honey, when I was at your office earlier this week, I ran into that Jennie girl. We had a conversation I'd like to share with you. Kookie, has she made any more attempts at flirting with you?" Puzzled for a few moments, his eyebrows draw together.

"What? Who? Oh, that girl?" And that's my Kookie, totally oblivious. I wish it was that simple and we could just let it go. Kookie's so proud of his new deal. The biggest ever for the Jeon Corp. Also, he and his family could be embarrassed with any type of a scandal. We take care of each other.

"Well, I haven't had any meetings or conversations with her. Oh yeah, she seems to always be running into me a lot these days." He snorts a chuckle. "It's the strangest thing. When I was headed back to my office to meet you , she literally bumped into me. She was holding a file and papers went everywhere. I'm not sure if it was accidental. I think she may have been flirting.. Then yesterday, she ran into me again by the elevator and dropped a bunch of stuff. She said somethings but I can't tell you what because I'm always in route to another meeting."

"So, why do you think she was flirting, Kookie?

"When each incident occurred, her blouse was open, and her boobs were exposed. It was gross." His face twists in disgust.

"Her boobs were gross?" I inquire.

"No, of course not, boobs aren't gross. She's a smart girl and the fact that she would resort to such immature and unprofessional tactics is what's gross. Furthermore, I've told her I'm unavailable and gay. It's actually quite sad." He continues to shake his head.

"Babe, I think she's slick and street smart. I don't know about smart. Using her body is likely how she got to where she is, you know, sleeping her way to the top. Now that's gross. How does she make you feel when she flirts so openly with you?" He looks off to the side for a few seconds.

"She makes me feel uncomfortable but nothing I can't handle."

I share with him all the details about our interaction at his office.

"Damn, Tae she said that?!" He grits his teeth as his hands ball into fists. "That's too much, Tae. I will not allow her to disrespect you and our relationship!" He's angry, but let's see what his next step is.

"Kookie, I think she's reckless and that she could create a problem for your business. She's not to be trusted. I have some thoughts on how to deal with her. I know her type, and you have to send a clear and strong message."

"I think you're making too much of this. I'll have another talk with her to get clear the matter."

I huff out an exasperated breath. "Kookie, I think you're not making enough of this and may regret it. She's delusional and could be dangerous. I hope I'm wrong Kookie. I'm not sure what a talk will do at this point, my love." He smiles confidently as if he's got it all covered. If only he had.

"Well last time I talked to her she had been drinking. Don't worry I'll deal with this." In my mind I do an eye roll, but this is his choice, and I will support him.
