Part 36: Enter Saejin

Tae's POV:

As our plan falls perfectly into place, Saejin arrives. I'm quite familiar with the effects Saejin has on women. He'll make a straight man question his own sexuality. All eyes are on him but mine are somewhere else. I stand back slightly off to the side with both eyes on our sucker. Jennie has lost all color from her face with widened eyes. They actually bulge a bit, and her chest rises and falls rather quickly due to an elevated pulse brought on by the specimen of the finest man that walked the planet. Yep, Saejin is in the room and he's seriously bringing the heat. For the first time since I met her, I see a crack in her outer confidence. How sweet this is going to be. She is clearly swept away. She pulls in a deep breath and swallows with a gulp audible enough for me to hear. I can't help but snicker quietly as she tries to pull it together. Good luck with that, bitch.

Saejin immediately walks over to me with outstretched arms and an illuminating beautiful smile.

"Tae! So good to see you again!" He gives me a tight hug that lasts a few seconds. "How's my brother treating you, because you know I'd happily go gay for you." I can feel the heat of Jennie's gaze as it burns through my back.

"Oh Saejin! You're too much." I shake my head, as he pulls back, narrowing his eyes as if I don't believe him.

"What? I mean that shit. You just say the word and I'm here." I chuckle and nudge him playfully.

"But you don't have to worry about that. Jungkook and I are doing great. However, I'll keep your offer in mind. One never knows." We both laugh, giving the appearance we're quite close and that our relationship is deep. I then turn to Taylor, purposely keeping Jennie waiting, although she's standing next to me. I'm sure her devilish little brain is plotting. This is all unexpected. Let's see how she does.

"You remember my bestie, Taylor." Taylor wastes no time stepping in front of Jennie.

"Are you kidding me? How could I ever forget Taylor?"

"So, I don't get a hug?" Taylor says with a raised eyebrow and a big cheeky smile.

"Of course, you do. This time no grabbing my ass!" Saejin sneers jokingly.

"Aww Saejin, where's the fun in that? I think I'll pass on my hug." Saejin steps forward and hugs Taylor. They both laugh.

"Taylor, we'll have to catch up because I want to hear all the gossip." Taylor nods curtly.

He then turns to Jennie. "Since when has my brother been hiring supermodels?" His eyes slowly take in Jennie from head to toe, and he seductively bites his lip. She embarrassingly giggles like a schoolgirl. He then lifts her hand and presses a kiss onto the back of it. "I'm Jeon Saejin. And you, my dear are ravishing." This time she freezes, and I think she might faint.

I look up and see my man coming out of his office, and I flash him a big smile and a nod letting him know that our plan is moving along perfectly.

"Saejin! How the hell are you?" Kookie's timing couldn't be better. He walks over and hugs Saejin. Saejin's attention is diverted, creating more anxiety for Jennie. She stands there looking lost, no doubt seeing this as her big moment to land a big wealthy fish. "I hope you're not out here hitting on my boyfriend again."

"Who me? I'd never." We all laugh.

"If it were any other man than you, I wouldn't let it slip."

"Good to see you brother. I was inquiring as to when you started hiring Ms. World contestants." He turns his head and winks at Jennie. We all laugh as Jennie's cheeks show a heavy blush. "I have not been blessed with your name."

Jennie steps forward presenting her most composed self. "My name is Jennie and I'm one of the junior executives at the Jeon Corporation."

Saejin's smile expands wide with satisfaction. "I'm taking everyone to lunch. Even you Taylor but watch those hands." We all burst into laughter.
